I was disappointed. I just left the store for the second time. When I went the first time, a young lady asked me for my order and then I didn't hear anything. Minutes later a gentleman took my order. I get my food and leave. I get all the way home to find out it is the wrong order. I go all the way back. I decided to go into the store to resolve the issue. There was a gentleman inside the store that I assumed was waiting for his food. I'm standing and waiting to be acknowledged and no one comes to the window. The gentleman inside the store told me to ring bell on the wall. No one still comes. I get in my car to go to the drive thru and I see the gentleman that was in the store leaving with a Checkers bag. I drive up to the drive thru the same young lady ask can she take my order. When I say that they gave me the wrong order the gentleman ask what did I order and to pull up to the window. I ask him are they taking people inside the store. He stated that it is only two of them working and it's hard to manage. If it is hard to manage both the window and the inside of the store, why is the door open? This store isn't far from me, but its not close either. I asked the young woman if they do the military discount (which has been the case at the other locations where I have inquired before I order). The young woman said, "I don't think so...I don't know, but I will ask my manager." Then I heard her say, "We don't give a military discount, do we?" She then came back to the service window and gleefully announced as if to say "I told you so" in telling me they don't honor military discounts. Let's start with the drive through lanes, very confusing, one has the arrow going out so u assume the other is in- wrong, they're both out and the entrance is somewhere in the back. When I finally figure out that there's 2 lanes, they tell me to reverse and go into the other lane cuz that lane is closed. Placed an order and the Sprite was straight seltzer water.
