GameStop — Local services in Annapolis

I was there a few weeks ago and I thought I would mention I witnessed the store “manager” or whenever he was that literally went off on paying customers. I stayed when I heard him say he did NOT WANT PAYING customers bc 2 kids were in there BUYING things and said he did not want kids buying things and then coming back and buying more bc he isn’t “running a play ground”. This GameStop is a JOKE. How do you own/run a GameStop and treat PAYING customers this way. I was only a witness to this but it was unnecessary and complete JOKE. There are plenty of other GameStop’s who employees RESPECT paying customers, including 14yo kids BUYING things.

The store was FILL so I wasn’t the only customer in there that witness this. What a joke for an adult to act this way towards paying customers. I will never buy from this establishment again. It takes a LOT for me to post a negative review but after witnessing this…I had to. I feel bad for their employees. I can only imagine how they are treated....

Pretty good selection across the major systems and even found a really cool retro NES collection for my granddaughters 3DS. However, it took absolutely forever to checkout. First, they couldn't figure out where the game I wanted was being stored(even though I told them it was in the display case actually out in one of the aisles)🤷. Then when they finally realized I was right about that fact, it took another 5 minutes to locate the key to said case. The clerk was still very friendly and apologetic about these issues, but I was still a little put off by the experience. Hopefully, it was a one-off...

There’s a man that works there from what I remember his name is Renolds I think, went out of his way to stop my brother from getting the 20 dollar pro price after trying to spend 450 on a PS5. He made up lies to stop the deal which says eveywhere in the website AND in the cart when you check out. I truly believe this was a racist thing because we are Arab. I’ve already sent an email to corporate so at least they can look into it themselves. Horrible human being. There is no room for racism! Please don’t give this place your business. It’s just not right...
