Seasons Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

I eat here every Tuesday at minimum plus other times with my family and in the last month the experience has been anything but pleasant. It is frustrating at the very least when you order online and they give you bleu cheese instead of ranch and you put it on your salad thinking you have the right dressing but its not. The second time I ordered online I ordered 2 salads and edited the second one which I called in and said please do not add any tomatoes and come to find out there were tomatoes all over it. So today I called in and again I placed my order with the first salad being a large buffalo salad xtra hot with chick peas corn and ranch and the second being the same but with no chick peas and when they are delivered they both come with no corn on either and no chick peas on mine. I called earlier and when I edited my order the person on the other end said that on Tuesdays that there are no substitutions usually because of the volume which was news to me but after affirming me with the order and finding out that it wasn't right again I am not sure especially from working in the food business in the past that I would be ok with continuing to give my business to them. Ordered carry out and was informed it would be 30/40 minutes. The girl answering the phone seemed like she was missing a brain but I have her the benefit of the doubt. Called 40 minutes later to be informed that it would be delivered in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later was informed they couldn’t find the order. I asked to speak to a manager, dude #2 got on / Roman. He couldn’t find it at first then found it and said , you can speak to my manager when the order has been cancelled. #3 person Josh gets on the phone and after a run around provided an explanation without an apology initially. Then he did apologize but didn’t initially offer to fix it other to send the order out again. He did end up giving a discount but really should have offered this initially. Food is expensive, good help is hard to find I get it, but some things are basic. You mess up, apologize and self correct immediately. Maybe it’s a 1 off but I doubt I’ll order...

We usually order carry out from Seasons and are always very happy with their pizza. $5.99 medium two topping pizzas go a long way when feeding five hungry people. Tonight we decided to go in and get table service. Got off to a bit of a rough start as we waited about 7-8 minutes for a waitress. She was very nice and offered to take our order right away. Drinks came quick. They give out free bread sticks but the waitress forgot. No big deal. She brought it out. Pizzas came out super quick. Delicious as always. Best 5.99 pizza around. My one son ordered spaghetti from the kids menu. Huge portion and great value. Can easily feed two kids. I think they forgot to cook the spaghetti - it came out a couple minutes behind pizza and was nuclear hot.
