Well, my girlfriend and I went to the Drive Thru , and from the moment we went, Diana was already making us feel like VIPs. Seriously, I half expected her to roll out the red carpet and offer us a complimentary crown. Her greeting was so warm and friendly, we almost thought we were at a five-star restaurant instead of a fast food joint. I mean, who knew you could get treated like royalty while ordering a chicken sandwich?
She took our order like a pro, didn’t miss a beat, and made sure everything was just right. It was like watching someone perform magic—one minute, we’re ordering a couple of sandwiches, and the next, Diana’s handing us our food, perfectly hot and fresh. I’m pretty sure the sandwiches were cooked with a touch of love (and maybe a dash of fairy dust) because they tasted amazing.
But wait, it gets better. Diana wasn’t just efficient and on top of her game—she was also incredibly personable, engaging us in friendly conversation like we were old friends. I mean, we weren’t even that interesting, but she acted like we were the highlight of her day. Honestly, it’s rare to encounter someone who can balance friendly service with that level of precision. I’m convinced she’s secretly a superhero who saves the world one chicken sandwich at a time.
So, Diana, thank you for making our visit not just a meal but an experience. You turned a simple lunch into a moment we won’t forget. We’ll definitely be back… and next time, we might bring you a trophy for "Best...
Read moreI don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience was so awful that I feel obligated to warn people—especially anyone considering working here. The operator of this Chick-fil-A is, without question, one of the rudest, most condescending people I’ve ever encountered in a customer-facing role. And the way he treats his employees? Disgusting.
While waiting for my food, I watched him berate a teenage employee in front of customers for something as minor as forgetting to say “my pleasure.” The poor kid looked mortified. It wasn’t constructive criticism—it was loud, embarrassing, and downright cruel. This wasn’t a one-off moment either. He hovered behind the staff like a hawk, constantly correcting them with a tone that made me—and others around me—uncomfortable.
As for customer service? He treats paying guests like they’re an inconvenience. I had a simple issue with a missing item in my order, and instead of resolving it politely, he snapped at me and acted like I was trying to scam free food. No apology. No professionalism. Just arrogance.
The workers here are clearly overworked, anxious, and walking on eggshells, and it all stems from his toxic leadership. No wonder the place feels tense and chaotic. I feel terrible for the staff—they’re doing their best under someone who clearly has no business managing people.
Avoid this location if you care about decency, dignity, or supporting businesses that treat their workers like actual...
Read moreI ordered Chick-n-Minis at 18115 Georgia Ave, Olney, MD 20832 and they were disgusting. The roll was dry and falling apart. The chicken was so dry and very little. My first try at them was in VA, they were delicious, the roll was extra moist and fluffy and the chicken was tender and moist. I have been wanting to buy them again since my vacation in June, a total complete let down this morning. I should have asked for my money back but also I thought is it different from state to state? Because everything about this morning was horrible, from the chicken to the roll. Not one thing was perfect and delicious with my breakfast two hours ago. I will never buy breakfast again from Chick-fil-A in Maryland and I'm not going to keep trying until I find one that tastes as good as the one in Virginia. I wish I did take pictures of those sorry sandwiches. Went back there thinking it would be different. My chicken sandwich bun, fell apart. By the look of my bun it was dry, every bite it fell apart. They remade my two chicken sandwiches twice and still ended up with the same results. I will NEVER return to this specific...
