UPDATE * June, 2023 - Hey so lately I keep giving this location the benefit of a doubt. OMG this place has changed so much. #1 - the staff WTH, these little young people is terrible at serving, cleaning and having good customer service. #2 So all the wonderful Latinas are in the back of the house now. They need to come back in the fron or train these staff better. I went in there today, a couple weeks ago and some time before that I keep saying it's just a bad day. Counters are still dirty. Now today I ordered 2 salad bowls and 2 guac. on the side this girl tells me $32 and something. I was like WHAT, I said okay maybe it's the guac. I got the recipe after she shoved it in the bag, sure enough it was the guac. She charged me for 4 guacs. So I showed her, she grabbed my food to check, called whoever from the back and I was reimbursed the 5.60 in cash (of course no tax). Then the other day the line was at the door. I was like what's cooking son? Got to the front to realize that these youngings again putting a modeling show....sloooowwww. Counters still a mess. Now the prices went up and the half of spoon I be getting now is not enough. Please change or train your staff. I'll try back in a month since this used to be my favorite Chipotle location. 2018 - I love Chipotle. I can have it everyday. What I realise is where there is more hispanic working in there or if the Chipotle is around a Hispanic or Latino community, the flavor or the food taste so much better.... for some reason. Read moreEmployee was insanely rude to me today. Don’t know his name but overweight Hispanic man with glasses working at the pickup order had an attitude the entire time. I came two Minutes early to pick my order, which if they didn’t have the order ready, Its understandable. They didn’t know I made an order which is crazy but I wasn’t mad at all. The man had and attitude with everything I asked for( which is crazy because why have an attitude?, if you don’t want to work there, don’t.)Then, my order wasn’t correct and I told him there were two chips instead of one. He told me that wasn’t correct and I only ordered one. I was about to pull out my phone and show him the order but before I could he rudely threw my chips on the side and said “here” like I wasn’t being truthful. I spend two much money for attitude about something that wasn’t even that big in the first place. Informed chipotle about the incident, they didn’t care. I visited this Chipotle just an hour ago, and after waiting in line for 20 mins, I was told there was no more white rice and that it would be a 10 minute wait on the rice. I agreed to wait 10 minutes for the rice, but after 10 mins expired the manager said that there will be no white rice for the evening. I waiting 30 minutes in the line, and when I asked to speak with the manager before I could begin talking ( yes, she cut me off) she said " you can have brown rice, the only rice, sorry". after waiting in a long line, and being told something would be ready and it wasn't, the least she could do was offer me something to compensate my time loss being there and to ensure my return to the store. I will not be returning. White rice is staple, I'm dissapointed and shocked they ran out. I won't be returning....
