We came here due to the buy one get one free entree coupon and to try out the new Chipotle. Wow, were we disappointed. There were five people in front of us in line, yet it took 15 minutes to get our food! Whole my wife waited in line for the slow service, I tried to find a good table for my family of five. There are so few tables, I feel bad taking up two, but I did. Both were dirty. I sent my oldest to get napkins to clean off the table, but there were no napkins in any of the bins! A carryout customer went to complain and someone came to fill up the dispensers. While there, she noticed other near empty things, like forks. Apparently, she did not notice the dirty tables or full trash cans. We were finally able to get through the line, we owned they were out of chips. My wife and I ordered chorizo to try it out, it was quite tasty, but cold. The coldness of the meat was disappointing, but the rice was at least hot.
They bright our chips when we were mostly done eating, but they were quite good since they were hot. First time getting got Chipotle chips, they should try to always serve them this way. They forgot the kids meal chips, but it wasn't worth going to ask. We finished our food and were full, as any time you leave Chipotle. In case you were wondering, tables still dirty and trash cans now overflowing. Clearly, this...
Read moreAside from my first review below, I had a craving today and figured it's been a while. I really wish I hadn't. The steak was dry and almost burnt. Portions were ample, but that does not cut it when the cornerstone of your business is freshness and you have burnt, dry, steak. 3 people in the whole place at lunch time. Not really much volume. I wonder why that is?
First time ordering through the app. Been going to Chipotle for years. I always order a bowl with a tortilla on the side. I think this is the smallest portion of food I have ever been served from any Chipotle. I noticed on the app that they charged $0.25 for the tortilla. No problem. However please put my $0.25 tortilla in the bag with my order! Went back inside to give them an opportunity to make things right. The manager actually chose to look back into her version of receipts to verify the $0.25 discrepancy even though I was showing her my online order. Stood there argued this point for 10 minutes and all the while she never made one move to start making my tortilla. She insisted I did not get charged for the $0.25 item and started informing me that they just today started charging for side tortilla. I once again told her I dont care because I was charged but my complaint was about missing something I PAID FOR! I'll never go to this Chipotle again. Useless...
Read moreMy expectations for Chipotle “restaurants” are pretty low: slap the toppings on the tortilla, wrap it up in foil, give me a few napkins, and cash me out- smile optional. My minimal standards in mind, the Chipotle near BWI fell short and I wouldn’t recommend others visit this location. Despite being in a new shopping plaza, the restaurant has a bizarre plywood finished interior that might be a vague attempt at styling, but really just looks unfinished. Moving towards the counter, there was absolutely no coordination between the servers at different stations and the messy mayhem in the kitchen behind them further exemplified that the place was complete chaos. The untidy kitchen alone made me want to forego the burrito I ordered. The young lady wrapping the burritos was incompetent and had to rewrap the ripped tortilla. When I finally made it to the cashier, she was completely oblivious that a customer was standing in front of her (despite a line of customers before me and after me). While she stared into the abyss undoubtedly pondering whether one day she could work her way up to Chipotle Corporate, I longingly stared at my burrito sitting on the counter waiting to be in my hands and belly. Forget wasting your time and money here, your amateur burrito rolling skills are...
