Staff was disrespectful, The girl she was light skin with dirty brown/ ombre hair. She acted like she didnt see me. She pretended to make an order and did nothing. This was the most terrible experience l've ever had. Then she thought she ate she decided to talk shit as soon as I walked out but didn't realize my friends were still in there but didnt want to speak back up as they said something. How you gonna let the line reach the door. Had to go somewhere else to get ice cream. I will never come back here again. I ordered a birthday ice cream cake for my son's 6th birthday and paid for it over the phone with a store employee via credit card. When the cake was ready my wife went to pick it up and all employees in the store told her the cake was not paid for and they don't even offer paying for cakes over the phone. This was completely a lie because I had already paid for the cake in full over the phone a few days earlier. My wife had to pay for the same cake twice. Just left this particular Cold Stone location. I will say that out of all of the locations that I've visited, this one was a bit disappointing. There were 4 associates working; 3 making the orders and one making the waffles. Not that they were mean, but weren't creating a very pleasant or an inviting atmosphere. I will say I witnessed the one guy come from outside and straight behind the counter with gloves on, and without changing his gloves he continues to make waffle cones and take money and ring on the register without changing his gloves once.
