I'm sure the food is good, but my review is about the service for this particular location at the Avenue in White Marsh, MD. Long story short, we waited 40 minutes for our to go order and our food was cold when we got it, so who knows how long it was sitting.

My sister and I visited at 8:30 on a Saturday night and the restaurant wasn't particularly crowded with maybe 15 or 20 customers in the building. When we got to the register, the cashier asked if our order was for dine-in or to go, and we specified it was TO GO (important). At 8:34, we paid for our order and the cashier handed us the table number marker and told us to our food will be ready soon, so we grabbed a table on the patio outside (important). We thought it was strange that they give you the number markers for to go orders, but that was fine because the purpose of the numbers is so the staff can find you and bring your food when it's ready.

While we were waiting for our food, we noticed that everyone, including people who ordered online, were waiting a long time for their food. Although the customers were clearly disturbed waiting, I didn't see anyone bring it up to the staff, so I just assumed the kitchen was really backed up and continued waiting. One by one, the staff would bring everyone their food (important). After FORTY MINUTES (40) of waiting, the cashier saw us waiting outside and asked if we were waiting for our food. We said yes and she said it was sitting at the front of the store for us.

My sister were upset and confused, but we just followed the cashier to get our food from the front without saying anything. We went to an empty table to check our food and the fries were almost room temperature and the burgers were mildly warm, so who knows how long everything was sitting. Most importantly, why did no one bring us our food, ESPECIALLY since we were given a table number for our meal? There were also a lot of other bags sitting up front, so who knows how many other customers this happened to.

The marketing makes the food seem high quality, but I wouldn't know for sure since I had to reheat my meal when I got home. I don't know if I want to try BurgerFi again, but if I do, it certainly won't be...

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! After hearing good things about this place my husband and I decided to stop here for lunch, only to be HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! We decided to dine in since we were shopping around afterwards. Ordering was a struggle the music was loud and through the shield and a mask the employees tone of voice was barely a whisper! She then got annoyed when I asked if she could repeat the question or what she was saying to me.. we grabbed a table outside since there was no seating available inside.. my husband got his food in about 5 minutes after we sat down. After waiting FOURTYFIVE (45) minutes for my food. I decided to get up and go to the counter to see what the hold up was. At this point I was ignored by several employees who walked by or stared at me. I ended up having to interrupt two employees having a casual conversation to get noticed. I was then told "sorry we could find your table." The girl handed me my food wich had been sitting on the counter the whole 45 minutes and was COLD! Mind you I got onion rings and a chicken sandwich. Neither of which tasted good by the way. When asked to remake my food fresh, I was refused and told that they could not since the effort on thier part was already made to "promptly" serve me while my food was "hot".... after a conversation, I gave in with frustration and just sat down to at least try the food... nope discussing!!! Needless to say I will not be coming back here EVER AGAIN or to any of thier other locations! Nothing but a complete waste of time and money. Not to mention the amount of disrespect! Not worth my business...
