Ordered online at 5:10, confirmation said my order should be ready between 5:35-5:40. Arrived at 5:45 and waited until 6:20 to get my pizza. To be clear, this is NOT a complaint. It’s actually a testament of how good the food is. For one, it’s a Sunday and there’s football on - totally understandable; but in all honesty this place is always busy because everyone wants it! I live in Harford County and the drive is 100% worth it. I didn’t mind waiting and it didn’t seem like anyone else did either. The girl working the counter knew what she was doing and handled everything well, both the customers and the kitchen. I don’t know her name but I complimented her eyebrows! Would definitely recommend Dominick’s! The food is fantastic and the prices are more than reasonable. When someone’s willing to fight 695 traffic just to get pizza, you know it’s good.

Ordered online ( first mistake, who over built the page options was lazy. Made the pizza sub add-ons options the same as all other subs) waited a hour to get food. When finally got here. The pizza sub was horrible. No mozzarella cheese at all. Try order extra cheese for it online (No option) they gave me yellow cheese, which isn't really Xtra it's two slices melted. It's mostly fried onions (only got that right and the sauce) , also the cheese steak isn't loaded. I called to get my sub replaced. After explaining over and over what I really wanted and there was no options online. The manager said it was my fault and they wouldn't fix it. I do not recommend this place at all. If this is how customers are treated. I'll go else where. Pizza is good here but not worth the hassle of a attitude.

I ordered a "Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza", and that is not what I got. What I got was a regular cheese pizza with thick crust (Image attached). That is NOT a Chicago style deep dish pizza. A "Chicago style deep dish pizza" is a specific kind of pizza with a high flaky and crust, where the cheese is under the sauce. That is not even close to what their so-called Chicago deep dish pizza is. This is equivalent to selling chicken tenders, but calling them "Buffalo Wings". Either change the name of the item, or actually sell the product you are advertising. Edit: I should clarify that the pizza itself was still delicious, it just isn't a Chicago Style Deep Dish. Not knocking the quality.

Dominick's is a perennial favorite of Parkville. You cannot talk about the Harford road corridor without knowing Dominick's. Going back to the original Mr. Dominick, and then the different owners over the years, now to it's current owners who have spent decades as workers in the shop, it is more than a pizza joint - it is a neighborhood institution. I grew up in Parkville, and Dominick's was the go-to for every Friday family pizza night - complete with a trip to the Erols - eventually Blockbuster's - video store, birthday celebration, and family and friend gathering. It was the first job for many area teen, I worked there as a delivery driver even after starting my professional life as an educator, because it sadly paid better. And long after I left, Larry Parks, now the owner, would donate to several local charities discounted pizzas, several of my school functions included, demonstrating their commitment to community. I know firsthand, there were many a night I would have customers waiting - my own family - over a hour to get their food. It wasn't out of lack of care, but by virtue of we were in that high of demand. And to this day, as my family has moved out of the area, we go out of our way to pick up Dominick's pizza, cheesesteaks, greek salads, and italian cold cuts, not just for nostalgia, but they are truly one of the best around. The fact that they taste like home for us and so many generations of people from Carney to Hamilton, Loch Raven to Fullerton, is just a bonus. You have a lot of options out there, and several good ones, but you can't go wrong with Dominick's, on the rare occasion you're not satisfied, they make it right, and you're supporting a small business that supports its community. That's about as...

Where do I start....its so sad that, what used to be a parkville staple, has gone down hill so much. Its enough to have to deal with the rude women that answer the phone, but their food has been consistently getting worse than their customer service. Last week I ordered a sub and it honestly had a hole eaten through the foil wrapper. How does that happen? How do you send something out the door like that? It was a complete mess. Either someone dropped it on the ground hard and it tore a hole in it, or a rat or mouse chewed through it while it was waiting to go out the door. The fries are consistently cold as well. If this just happened once or even a few times, I wouldnt say anything at all. But it has happened too many times now consistently and Im done with this place. Not to mention, that a cheesesteak and fries combo for lunch will now cost you $18! Give the driver $2-$3 for tip and youre now spending over $20 just for lunch. Maybe I wouldnt mind paying that much if the food or at least the service was good, but neither is good anymore and its just sad. I dont like to put down small businesses, but these people need this feedback for the small chance they actually care enough to do better. For now, honestly Paulys up the street has excellent food and very nice people answering phones. Their prices are high, but like I said,...

this use to be my go-to place for food all the time for over 20 years but the quality has gone done. I had developed friendships w the employees and they even admitted to me that Dominicks has tried cutting cost by using cheaper products like the cheese sauce. I no longer order fries w cheese because the cheese sauce they now use is disgusting. their cheese steaks r still really good and full of meat and even though my son doesn't like their pizza I still think it's good but not as good as it use to be. I'm also disappointed that they use prepacked salad dressing for the wings . everyone else uses prepped dressing w chunks of blue cheese.another cost saver I guess. never had a problem with customer service. always friendly and compliant when resolving an issue. I miss the quality and wouldn't mind paying a little more because the prices are good. so Dominicks if I need to pay a lil more to get the greatness u once were plz put that in consideration and stop cutting costs.

This is a follow up to the response on the cheese sauce. I remember the cheese sauce was replaced at least over 5 or 6 years ago. The packets are easier for you and end up lacking freshness and taste for...
