Went to Domino's on my way home from work. A 10 minute order turned into a 20 minute employee evaluation from yours truly. First off the dude at the register was so nice and thoughtful when he took my order. They didn't have their pasta options readily available for customer view so he read them off to me. I told him I didn't eat meat so he made sure I had a meatless option. Ended up with a Pasta Primavera with no mushrooms (I'm a hater). He told me it would take about 10 minutes so I sat down and waited. It was him and one other employee in store at the time so I assumed it may even take longer which was fine. The first employee vanishes and another woman walks in after a bit. The lady waited patiently before starting to get the attention of the second employee, she ended up screaming in a way because he had both headphones in. She got her order and more employees start coming in. It's been 10 minutes at this point. I watched the second employee start throwing stuff into a Pasta bowl and got really excited because it's finally being made. Wait 10 more minutes. Got my pasta and it looks fine from the surface, so I walk out and continue on. I got a feeling I should go back and say something though so I stopped in the parking lot and decided to talk to a manager. He listened to my concerns and offered a free meal the next time I came in. The employee was new and wasn't even supposed to be left alone in the store. Mistakes happen and I just wanted to give feedback is all. I walked home happily. Well I had to walk back guys... I took a bite and there was bacon! I couldn't tell with all the cheese! Of course everyone got the manager straight away. The manager wasn't all too thrilled to see me again but greeted me respectfully. I informed him of the problem and he got straight to getting my order remade. He promised me a 10 minute wait and got to showing his employees the problem. He made sure they all knew what went into my order including the mushroom hate. Every time you will have issues and they will not answer the phone when you try to resolve them .First time they didn’t bring part of the order and would not answer any calls from my number .I had forgot and ordered again a month or so later and an hour and a half after ordering it said my order was still being prepped while two kids were asking for there dinner and it was now near bedtime again they will not answer the phone from my number. (Added)Then to add insult to injury after waiting an hour and a half seeing no progress on the order I tried to call for 20 more min before posting this review ten min later I received a call stating that they had no delivery drivers and were not taking delivery orders that I could come pick it up . 2 hours after ordering I am given this option with kids in pajamas 10 min before bedtime by now I am scrambling to get a dinner together. A call saying this within 10 min at most of order would have been acceptable to me but this is unacceptable horrible business practices .Fire and rehire and train. Read moreNever again will I order from this location. I placed an order online, said it would be ready in 8-13mins. I showed up at the 15min mark. Screen said it wasn't in the oven yet. I got NO ACKNOWNLEDGMENT entering the store but the guy who came in mins later did. I waited for 7 mins when I saw the larger guy in the back holding up my raw pizza to the girl working back there and pointed at my pizza and laughed. It was easy to see it was mine, I have to get no cheese because they can't seem to understand light cheese. So no one greeted me, food wasn't even in the oven and the workers are making fun of my order. I left without the food.
I called for a refund and Russel told me he can't give me one because the food was cooked. I never received the food. I told him because of how I was treated and this experience, I just want a refund. He told me he can give me a free soda. I didn't go back to the store for the pizza or soda.
