Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

First and for most dial in customer service was horrible. I ordered 2 pizzas, the lady who ordered them for me was nice. After about 35 minutes of waiting my pizza hadn’t arrived, I called to check on my delivery where this rude man picked up. At the start he had an attitude, very sassy with his tone (sassy as in raising his voice, just mean) I misheard him when he asked to spell something out and he literally yelled at me and said “I dated spell it out”. I honestly felt attacked he embarrassed me in front of my colleagues who were all laughing at me :(. He kept hanging up as me and my colleagues called him out for how rude he was, even as we tried to emphasize on how stressed he could be especially dealing with many customers but yet he still yelled at us. We entered up ordering from Papa John’s but before than delivery could even come a dominos pizza had arrived. We were in utter confusion as that man had told us they don’t deliver to our address EEN THOUGH I STATED WE WERE IN THE REGION FOR DELIVERY, he was telling me I must live in this certain area while I was telling him no I don’t live in that region. What’s crazy is he wanted to be right so bad, like how are you telling me where I live when I’m telling you I don’t live there??? That’s not even the worst part, we found hair in the pizza!?! We called Dominos and this young male answered (diff from the rude guy) and he was laughing most likely hearing the guy argue with us. He put the manager on the line, she was so utterly rude. We didn’t even have a chance to speak as she was threatening to call the police? Like girl what the police gonna do other than notice the hair in the pizza😂. I honestly got scared for a minute but realized she was all talk ain’t no police pull up ma. Very disappointed with the dial in service it’s not even worth one Star it’s worth 0, google wouldn’t let me leave 0 stars😂. Aye all I can say is God bless them, stay rude and angry and see how...

Just picked up an order here. Nothing wrong with the food but there was a pretty major employee altercation. When I walked towards the front door, one female employee was screaming at a male employee saying to not threaten her. Some general yelling occurred and eventually said "What you gonna do?" I walked inside at the same time that the employees entered through the employee entrance. Inside, she asked again, to which he responded "I'll pop a cap in your ass!" Another employee overhead this comment and said, "What are you going to do?" "I'm going to shoot her!" More yelling and a group of about 6 employees walked outside as I was paying. When I got back outside, there was more yelling and now two male employees were screaming at each other being held back by other employees. One was trying to get into his car screaming "I'm going to show you what I'll do!"

At no point did anyone seem to care about what was happening. The rest of the employees inside just went about their business and it didn't seem like any manager or supervisor was doing anything or cared about the threats of violence being made inside the store and outside its door.

This place is a disgrace I placed my order online and when I went to pick my order up I saw two men working only (one African American man & one Hispanic man with his earphones in his ears) . I immediately saw the African American man preparing a pizza putting the pepperonis on the pizza with his BARE HANDS! He came over to ask me about my order I asked “you all don’t wear gloves here?” He replied “no, what is the name your order is under?” That is completely unsanitary and nasty. He then goes and ring up another customer behind me touching the register and then continue preparing the pizza. With all the diseases out now that can be transferred through touch preparing food should be taken much more seriously and be CLEANER! People are consuming the food into their bodies. No gloves is completely unacceptable. All of this occurred on 8/22/2022 @ 12:23pm. I then began to eat my lunch and its a piece of hair in my food. I will NOT be back here ever again and my job and I ordered from here a lot because it’s so close to our workplace. This will be our last time ordering from this location again. I have the guy preparing the pizza on video and I will be sending it to the FDA...
