To Whom it May Concern: September 9, 2018
On September 10, at approximately 1:20 pm my pizza was delivered to my home which I found to be incorrect. I called the store at 4269 Branch Ave, Temple Hills, Maryland 20748 store # 54, and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Michael. As I informed him that my order was incorrect he became very impatient stating âThat was the order that was given to him. I stated to him that was incorrect, and he became very rude and argumentative. Which caused major irritation on my part. I asked him to please place someone else on the phone, so that I could place my order for delivery to my home. Michael continued to be rude and started screaming in my ear stating âItâs football time!â I in turn told him if you canât handle it to get off the phone. I eventually stopped arguing with the employee, and went to the store. I asked to speak with Michael, and he became rude and nasty once again. At that point nasty words were exchanged between the both of us. I told Michael that he shouldnât be working with the public, because clearly he doesnât have customer service skills, he should be in the back cleaning toilets. I asked him at the point for corporate office number and store number. Michael gave me a number (4561, which I later found to be incorrect), and he stated call 1-800- dominos. I then asked someone in the store to come take my order. No one move, but a gentleman stating, âIâm not going to take your order if you continue to talk to my co-worker like that.â I then told him, âYou need to speak with your co-worker about customer service.â The gentleman (Michaelâs co-worker) threated to call the police. I left the store, and mentioned that I would be speaking with someone regarding this matter, and Michael stated, âIâm not going anywhere, I will still be working here!â One of the things I realize if companies fail to properly train and manage their employees this causes major problems, interruption, discomfort, and dissatisfaction on the customerâs part. Clearly Michael and his co-workers are not trained properly, and this is a failure on Dominos part. As much as I would like to place the blame on them I canât. The management department must take responsibility for their actions. Furthermore, Iâm requesting a meeting in person with Store Manager, Regional Manager, and District Manager. I will not allow another customer or customers to experience the same type of customer service and treatment I experienced at that location. Not to mention that is a brand new store starting off on the wrong foot. I can be reach at the information above. Thank you for your time and I look forward to meeting and speaking with someone regarding this matte very...
Read moreI called here (twice) snd visited this Domino's for the first time very recently. The primary reason for my first call was to get a telephonic Customer Service indication as to whether or not I wanted to come there. I am a firm believer in calling a business first if I can because my thinking is that if you are Not treated well during a telephone call, you probably will not be treated well in-person. The young lady that I spoke with during both of my calls totally exceeded my personal Customer Service and Customer Care Etiquette requirements and she answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. After my first conversation with her, I was able to use the App to place my order online, Pay online, Track It online and even Check-In online after I arrived outside the restaurant. I'm now trying to think how I lived without their App before:) After I went inside, I was immediately struck at how nice and clean the outside and inside looks. I also saw a cool/fun Area in this restaurant that allows Children to see most of how a pizza is made there. All of the other employees I encountered during my visit were also very nice and I observed that as a Team, all of the employees there during my visit are a very cohesive group. I ordered an Italian Sausage Pizza and Bacon Jalapeno Cheesy Bread, and My order was hot, very fresh and quite delicious. I now very much look forward to visiting this restaurant...
Read moreWe ordered a nice amount of food (as I type this the driver is now knocking on the door at 10:28p to drop off a cold lava cake.) I asked that the driver call when out front. He never called and luckily the other person living in the house heard the knock. When I recieved the food, i noticed i didn't have my lava cake. I called right away and requested my money back because I didnt want the lava cake anymore because now it was going to be cold. She stated I was unable to get a refund at the moment because the manager on duty is unable too. (Um yeah ok). But I can get a store credit, no I'm good. I would like my couple of bucks back for the lava cake. She said to call back tomorrow because that manager on duty will be able to do it. Smh! Do better!! I wouldn't be so piss if he came back with a hot cake and would have left the refund situation alone. But now, I dont even want this cold cake and would just like my couple of bucks back. It's even more sad that we think this is a new Domino's that just opened and already...
