Ordered a pizza and noted that it was missing one ingredient but could only contact the store few hours after. I spoke with Junior (assume the store manager) and explained the mishap and requested a replacement. I was asked to bring back the pizza I got and I clearly told him that I had only 2 pieces left as I had to give some to my son and eat some myself as I was in online training. When I went to pick up the replacement, Junior looked at the box I took back and said that I had eaten most of it. I said I did tell that over the phone and he made it look like I lied. I was getting frustrated as I spent 10 minutes to get to the store at 97 degree temperature outside for a "mistake" the Dominos made and having to put up with this nonsense. I asked if he expects me to regurgitate what was eaten already and I told him that this has happened a couple of times before and usually the manager gets a new pizza made and even offer the pizza they made with one less ingredient. Junior said yes he would've done that but went on to say I had eaten more than half the pizza. I really got irritated with this so called customer service I received and requested that I speak with a regional manager. If he was to hand back the pizza they made a mistake on, in addition to the replacement, I don't see his logic in his behavior. I said I will definitely make a complaint about this and asked as I getting the corrected order. I was handed the order and he told me "don't come back" as he "owns" the store when the mistake is clearly on them. I will rather get my pizzas elsewhere as I didn't need to experience what I did from someone who has "no...
Read moreWhile the name is iconic, their pricing is as if you've ordered from a reservation-only table service with a waiting list. Their food quality hasn't improved over the years, although it's at least steady in that the decline is measurable by slow degrees. Despite changes to menu, sauces and other raw products, they can't fix that one problem...they don't price themselves competitively enough against other chains, nor do they care to. They're trading off their name, and that's it. Every few years I try again, and see yet again nothing has changed but the slow progression into mediocrity which all franchise ideas go without significant innovation.
The forays into pasta and other items only show that they also refuse to hire and retain people who are truly capable of giving the raw food product the treatment required to render a finished product worth eating.
You get this because it's there...given other choices, you'd already be there, and enjoying that food elsewhere for less.
I only got the food from Dominos because one thing was insisted on which only they have...so I'm forced to yet again endure their canned sauce and overly salty excuse for food.
Here's a hint...hire a new head chef, and redo your menu. Buy from a reputable supplier, and train your...
Read moreI’m giving two stars because this location is great at making wonderful pizzas, sandwiches, and breadsticks. Always delicious.
I’m deducting three stars for customer service. I thought it was fine, until my boyfriend went to pick up an order I placed for carry-out.
He was the only customer in the store, but one of the workers was seated as if off-duty, but wearing his uniform.
The worker started to ask my boyfriend questions about his religion and my boyfriend felt very uncomfortable and pressured. He didn’t want to be rude but he also didn’t welcome this sort of interaction; he was there to pick up a pizza, not discuss religion.
My boyfriend had to ultimately tell the worker that he wasn’t interested in listening, and he left with his pizza while the worker loudly asked, “Has he paid for all that?” Which, of course he had, when he first arrived at the store.
My boyfriend and I both agree that Dominos is the last place we would expect this to happen. He feels that he was harassed; there were other workers who were watching but did nothing to intervene. There did not appear to be any manager on duty. We will be avoiding this location from now own due to how unprofessional the workers...
