This is my worst experience ever. I ordered on app. I ordered a handmade pan pizza which normally is made correctly. Never had issue with that until tonight. The dough was not done! The pizza was falling apart and it looked as if the $hit was poked at. I also ordered the buffalo wings and the pineapple jalapeño chicken. I called in and spoke with a young lady and asked her to make sure the chicken was well done and the pineapple jalapeño chicken had extra sauce. The food gets here and the chicken was not well done and had well done written on it and the jalapeño chicken had extra hot sauce written on it. The pizza was flat and all over the place. I called the store and the manager “Neil” gets on the phone and talked to me Condescendingly. I explain to Neo that my food was not done correctly. Neil told me that it was going to be another hour and a half because other people were ordering and the food would have to be untouched. Or he could credit me $15. I told Neil to just credit me for next time I order. I Gave my daughter a slice of pizza and when she bit into it it was not done at that time decided that I just wanted my money back. I don’t drive so I had to place a Lyft to get to the store. It was raining cats and dogs and I had to come out of my comfort for something that I got delivered and returned when I got to the store Neil and whoever were outside when I came in I said I wanted the manager and a guy said he was one of the managers when it’s holding my issue he then waited for Neil to come in. Neil came in and looked at the pizza and said what’s wrong with it it looks fine to him. I explained to him the issue and that I wanted my money back. He played on 2 computers and told me I had to wait until the next day for refund because the driver checked out. That’s not my problem! I have kids to feed and yet again I have to inconvenience myself to find a way back to get my money! Are you freaking serious?!?! This is unheard of. I walked in to pick up my order and after waiting behind the two people in front of me, I gave them the name for the order and the manager went to “look for it” he never actually made it over to the pizzas before getting distracted and going to help the girl making the pizzas and he started fighting with her because he was doing things incorrectly and she was telling him to stop. He then yelled at the guy cutting the pizzas to go faster, which made the guy angry and started making a big show of cutting them faster and doing a really bad job of cutting the pizzas. Meanwhile their other employee is standing in the corner playing on his phone. At that point there was about 6 other people in line with me just watching them fight while completing ignoring us. Finally the one guy on his phone looks up and sees us all behind the glass and starts to pretend to work. One of the angry customers behind me yells his order number through the window and the guy pretending to work finally starts getting people their pizzas. After everyone else was given their pizzas except me and one other person. They went back to ignoring us and after a few more minutes of standing in front of the glass watching them yell at each other . I yelled out my order number and the person cutting the pizzas yells” I can’t hear you and even if I could, I’m busy!”. I stood there speechless for a couple minutes, the other customer and I couldn’t believe how disrespectful they were being. I finally got frustrated at that point and I yelled “could someone please check my order number before my food gets cold!” The girl making the pizzas yells back “Their not gonna get cold, it’s on a warming tray!. I responded “ well I don’t even know if it’s over there because no one will bother to check”. Read moreDominos count your days… I barely wanted to give this 1 stars. They really need to shut this establishment down, if not all then definitely shut this location down. My girlfriend & I ordered a specialty buffalo chicken pizza to be delivered. The pizza was delivered in a timely manner, however, when the delivery guy handed us the pizza, he proceeds to hold out his hand, I’m assuming he’s waiting for a tip??? Umm sir, you’re lucky to be getting anything with this $6 delivery fee which is crazy. That’s one. Anyways, everything was cool until we ate the pizza. It was a plain cheese pizza with chicken & onions, no sauce. Did not order that. I called Dominoes just to be on hold for 10min of that automated voice prompt. My girlfriend calls with the same result. We then drive to Domino’s to see if we can get the pizza remade. The man at the counter had a huge attitude when we tried to explain. He said okay “i’ll just put the buffalo sauce on top”. We then tell him that we didn’t pay for buffalo sauce to just be thrown on top & asked if he can remake the whole pizza. He then says well we ate 2 slices. I told him that I ate one slice & i told my girlfriend to try it to see if I was tripping. He brushes us off and says he’ll remake it, it’ll be 35min. Not even a minute later, he hands us someone else’s pizza and says “here’s a large buffalo chicken pizza freshly made”. Sir, not only are you giving us someone else’s order, now that person’s order needs to be remade. Then that pizza was wrong because we said no onions. How hard is it just to make a new pizza???
