Dunkin' Donuts & Baskin Robbins — Restaurant in Maryland

Staff are incredibly nice and efficient. However the ice cream / product standards seem to have dropped very low. I have gone to other baskin Robins and ordered identical things so I know what the standards are. Here, I ordered a chocolate milkshake once drive through. What I got was a weird blended up chopped ice smoothie almost as if it was a iced coffee type drink but chocolate flavor. It was basically chocolate milk with small chunks of chopped ice, and it was not all that flavorful. Then, another time I ordered large chocolate milkshake and I got basically a large chocolate milk, hardly any ice cream. I love milkshakes and have tasted many from a variety of places, and I have drunk chocolate milk before so I know this when I say, after ordering a large chocolate milkshake here I was given a beverage that was vastly just milk, with perhaps a scoop or two of ice cream. Even when over blended and all liquid, a typical chocolate milkshake that has been liquified will still have a dense flavor of sweet chocolatey ice cream. However , mine was strongly just milk flavor, and little ice cream. Very ripped off. I have been to another Baskin Robins location and ordered it twice, and was very satisfied with what I know the default product is. I think perhaps that this one is a joint dunkin doughnuts + baskin robins, the standards in product distribution and policy are different perhaps for budget reasons. I'm not sure the service could possibly be any slower at this location. I tried coming here years ago when they first opened and I had the same experience. Tried it again today thinking they must have improved since my first time. But no. And then when you finally do reach the drive thru window they have no idea what your order is, even though you confirmed it with two different employees at the speaker. Also the glaze on the donut was just gooey slime and they didn't bother giving me napkins to deal with that fallout. Why are other DD locations able to provide donuts as they should be - with solidified glaze - but this one can't figure it out? Chick-fil-A has a question on their satisfaction survey that says "do you feel the employees at this restaurant care about you as a customer?" I always thought it was a silly question, but now I understand it. This is the only location that cannot accurately make Iced Tea. It always seem to taste burnt. This morning my egg croissant sandwich was quite hard--like a hockey puck; as if the croissant was old or had been sitting out for days. Provided I'll always request my sandwich "extra toasted," but this was different. The croissant was literally hard and stiff. Not toasted hard or burnt; just hard and dry. Unfortunately I was heavily engaged at work in my office--wanting to enjoy my breakfast while getting my work done, so I did not feel like driving back to the establishment to get another sandwich--and a better tasting Iced Tea.
