My daughter goes to this Dunkin ‘s e everyday and spends $8.00-$10.00 everyday and the morning crew is absolutely amazing. She hardly ever has any issues and one day they messed up her breakfast taco and with no hesitation did they replace it the next day. On 7/26 she went as she always does and ordered and iced tea and it was undrinkable. She went back after work and asked for a replacement. She was told it’s not my issue you should have brought it back sooner. She explained she couldn’t get it back any sooner and was told and not my problem. So we went to the drive thru window ( store was closed) she again spoke to us so rudely telling us that she can’t do anything. I asked for the manager and she said I’m then only one here. So I asked her for her name, the stores number , and the managers name and she told me no if I want it to google it. I mean this shouldn’t be an issue as my daughter did work for Dunkin’samd yeh h would just replace a messed up or bad drink. But to be told that she can’t help us, not their issue, and google it was insane. So I asked to buy a donut to get a receipt with the info I wanted and she angina refused to do it. We ended up just leaving bit wing go back there again. So disappointing to be spoke like that after the money my spent in that Dunkins. Maybe if a manager would have been there like in the morning the secure would have...
Read moreNormally, I visit the location at 8053 Ritchie Hwy, however, that location had no more Old Fashioned Donuts... After purchasing an extra large coffee, I decided to take the drive to this location to see if they had any Old Fashioned Donuts left for the day... Pulled up to the drive-thru at around 5:00 PM, explaining that I had already purchased the coffee from another location and asked if they would honor my coupon for a free donut... He agreed to do so, however, for some reason, the coupon would not work properly... After attempting two other coupon codes, the system still didn’t acknowledge their validity... These coupon codes have not expired... In fact, September 1st is the earliest expiration date of the coupons stored in my phone... Irritated and impatient, the clerk abruptly SLAMS the window shut... As a faithful Dunkin’ Donuts customer, this action demonstrates a severe lack of customer service and at the foundation, it’s extremely rude and obnoxious, to say the least... Flabbergasted is too mild of a word to describe how I feel at this time... NEVER have I received this type of treatment at a Dunkin’ Donuts, even in different states, or any other business for that matter... This LOCATION should be banned from representing Dunkin’ Donuts brand......
Read moreI'm not sure why this place can't get it together, but just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. You won't get what you want here anyway. They're either out of it, randomly give you the wrong thing, or just can't understand English well enough to accurately take your order in the first place.
That may sound harsh, and I know the headset and drive-thru speakers make it worse, but it's still a significant customer service issue when the language/communication issues are so bad and so often that it regularly causes long waits/lines from having to repeat everything you say 6 times (only to STILL come out with the wrong thing). I try to be quite understanding of non-native English speakers having a degree in another language myself, but I've never had this many issues with the multitude of ESL speakers at almost every other drive-thru in town.
There are a lot of Dunkin's around here, so how unfortunate that this happens to be both the worst location and the most convenient. I've been here several times and have regretted every visit. It's so frustrating to wait so long and still leave unsatisfied, but after waiting 15+ minutes for a (wrong) latte and donut, I don't have the time or patience to wait for...
