The staff are lovely, and the food and drinks were perfect... However ... ...the place is disorganized. Really disorganized. Chaotic. A vortex of entropy. I placed a mobile order then went inside the store. The "pick up" sign was hanging over a counter just a few inches from the entry with probably a dozen drinks and a couple bags. NBD. I got in the amorphous line jamming ingress. People were restlessly milling around that counter. When I made it to the front and gave my order number, the counter staff sent me to the back, where walk-ins place orders and delivery services pick up. I went to the back and waited behind everyone ordering and paying. When I asked for my order, the associate told me they were out of stock on the donuts I ordered. I made an alternate selection, and he handed me only the donut bag. Then he sent me back to the dog pile at the entrance to wait again. Once again at the front, the associate rifled among the numerous cups and bags, unable to find neither my cup nor my bag. I perused the jumble, and found my cup. The associate from the back came up and found the bag of sandwiches. Then I was bustled toward the door and ejected onto the sidewalk. Don't go to this location if you require streamlined efficiency. You could easily be inside the store for thrice as long...

No issues with the food, it’s the same as any other Dunkin but the app ordering is horrible. There are no checks in place to make sure your order is complete. If you order donuts, food and a drink, something will be missing (usually your entire donut order) and god forbid you custom ordered something, because that will be wrong too. My kids like apple juice, they never pull the bottle drinks and you will need to go grab them yourselves, not a big deal just be aware of that. Long story short, don’t drive off without double checking everything is right and factor remaking orders...
