Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

I had placed two orders, one for a coworker of a medium hot coffee and a blueberry muffin. I ordered a medium caramel iced coffee and a donut for myself. Hot coffee came out, no muffin. My iced coffee came out, no donut. While waiting for the baked goods I put in my straw and noticed the bottom of my cup was granulated sugar. After continuing to wait for far too long, I got back in line with the coffee's. When I got to the cashier she said oh yeah your donut. I also asked for the muffin for my first order. When she gave me the muffin and donut I asked if she could remake my iced coffee because it had granulated sugar in it and not liquid. She said I didn't ask for liquid sugar so it was made with regular. I said that didn't make sense because as a former employee I know they are trained to make iced coffee with liquid sugar because obviously granulated sugar won't melt in ice. She went and dumped it out, and all the while complaining to her coworkers that she had to remake it because I didn't ask for liquid sugar but now I want it. The blueberry muffin was extra dry, my donut tasted like it was day old, plus my remade coffee was missing the caramel. More often than not this location is disappointing, this was my final upset here. I'd rather drive farther to the next location even though I work in the same plaza...

i'm usually not one to leave a negative review, but the staff definitely needs some training. Literally the worst customer service attentiveness. I waited at the register for 2 girls to finish their conversation about some relationship so I could place my order. After I finally did get my order, I went back to the register to get some k cups. As I was standing there again waiting for her attention, I was getting a hash brown out of my bag and listening to a man complain about his wait time for his food. I guess the girl realized she gave me the wrong food bag, while i still had my hand in it, she snatched it out of my hand and handed it the man. I had to tell him that I had my hands in his bag and he should request a new order. He was so frustrated from waiting he just kept walking, so I said it loudly enough for everyone to hear that I had touched his food. A girl from the back went to address him and the situation (while I'm still waiting to purchase my kcups) and the girl at the register walked away to go join the other girl to talk to the man. Eventually I got out of there with my food that was cold. I don't even know how that's possible but def worst DD...

Everyone seemed to be friendly today, just wish I could understand a few of them a little better. Need to speak better English!! It might also make it a little easier for them when taking orders if they understood how to speak better English. But that's just my personal opinion. Overall service was okay and there seemed to be a pretty friendly atmosphere this time but it was still a little early in the day. Now if you go a bit later in the afternoon or evening your experience may be entirely different. I have personally experienced some pretty bad service and rude people working there later on in the day. I have also overheard other customers complaining about their service in the afternoon. Personally, I usually prefer to drive a couple extra miles and go to the Dunkin' Donuts right down the road on Rt.40, in Perryville. I have never had a bad experience or messed up order, and we think the coffee has a much better taste there.
