Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

Today my daughter and I visited this Dunkin Doughnut. This location has been our Wednesday tradition since 2013. Nevertheless, I purchased two ice cream cones and decided to try their dairy free ice cream. After paying for both, and tipping the cashier Kalya(she was very polite) I then walked towards the door and took a lick of the dairy free ice cream. I did not like the taste. I returned back to the cashier Kayla and asked if I could switch it for another flavor. The manager Rinku immediately rushed over stated “NO”. I asked why and she pointed out “we have spoons to taste it”. I pointed out I was not aware of this process or was I even offered to taste it before buying. She said “This isn’t her fault and I can throw the ice cream away if I don’t like it!) After seeing how aggressive and impolite Rinku was conducting herself, I decided not to engage any further with her as my little girl was standing there in disbelief. I’m sorry to say after this negative experience tarnishing my evening with my daughter, I will NEVER go back or recommend this Dunkin Doughnut...

Sunday March 3, 2024 Came here for an early morning breakfast. Was greeted when I came in, that's a plus. The previous employee customer service was horrible. I ordered a small Iced Signature Churro Latte and some other items. The other items were fine, no complaints there. The latte was horrible. NO TASTE WHATSOEVER. NONE. I couldn't taste the cinnamon, sugar, whipped cream.... NOTHING. Just a cold liquid that's supposed to have hints of coffee flavor. You all need to fix this. To pay $4.59 for cold, brown water with ice and whipped cream is ridiculous. If you need taste testers to help you with your recipes, I'll volunteer. But you really have to fix this. I don't spend my money at Starbucks, but if you want a repeat customer, fix the watered down Lattes!!!! People of Burtonsville, we have to demand more from these businesses receiving our money. This DD location will stop selling watered down drinks when enough of you complain about it! That's what Google reviews is...

I visited your Dunkin’ location 15640 Old Columbia Pike, Burtonsville, MD 7/20/25 around 10:58- 11AM . I ordered a cold brew and sourdough sandwich. Not only did the sandwich appear visibly burnt and low quality, but the cold brew had a strange aftertaste — almost like oil or chemical residue.

Within 30 minutes of consumption, I began experiencing symptoms including nausea and stomach issues. I now suspect either improper food handling or contamination.

What added to my concern was the behavior of the staff. Multiple workers were standing behind the counter smirking as I placed my order. The energy was uncomfortable and dismissive.

I have a bank statement confirming the purchase and will be filing a report with the local health department if this isn’t properly addressed.
