Hello , I am Sean Hardman. I am here to talk about Place I Love In Burtonsville , Maryland Inside The Shopping Center Area . This Is called The Greene Turtle . Its Stands Near The Starbucks , Roy Rogers , Capitol One Bank . It has A Huge Free parking Area Out Front of this restaurant for all customers to park for a place to eat and Have Fun . This Place has as You walk In a Front desk Guest Services Host Desk . In other parts of the restaurant They have a Huge Dining Area . Toward the back They Have a Huge Full Bar area where they do the magic Of Making all sort of Exotics Alcoholic Drinks and Sodas and Hard Cider Drinks . Plus they have a concealed Kitchen where all the Magic happens to prepare all Your favorite Foods You Like there . This Place has Huge 16-18 HGTV's For Watching Sports News And More . . This Place has The best Staff of Hosts and servers and The best Management team there . But I did sign with them a couple of Times For Employments but never heard back . I would Love to work with them in the near future as Host/ Cashier / To Go Take Out Person / Curb Side Pick Up . if they have Me I am willing to RIDE FOR THE BRAND . This Is The Only Greene Turtle That Is Closest Located near Where I Live . This Place Has a Private area rooms for Special Occasion Events to Birthdays and More . They have fantastic Menus to go through . I Love the Speggetti with Veal Parmesan Patty with Tomato Marinara Sauce . I Love the Steak and Cheese Subs , The Basket of French Fries , Onion Rings , and other sides . Plus I Love their Funnel Fries Deserts . The salads there hare Huge and Well Worth the Money . The Servers There have great Customer Assistance with all that you need there and go above and Beyond the calls of Duty . At The Tables they have Small HGTV's Too Not Just the Big Ones hanging On the Ceilings to keep all Generations of people busy while having food and drinks and having a good time there . if You Love this Place for the Sports HGTV's And More As I do This Place Is for you . So Please I Know that The Covid 19 Pandemic Made Us do a lot of things that we Americans are Not proud of But we are willing to make up for the past sins and make things right again and bring America Back as it Should And Must be Again . No One Should have to Live In Fear Anymore . Please help support this restaurant By Being The loyal Patrons You all must and Should be again . Just left with my family. 04/16/22 10:29 pm. The two young ladies , cursed at us and ready to fight us because I said I was going to do a review. She was mad because she thought we weren't going to tip and we were going to tip even though the service was bad. She didn't ask anyone did they want any refills. She couldn't even tell me the sauces they had, I had to look on uber eats lol. My son burger was not cook and still pink. She didn't ask if we wanted to split the check it had the nerve to get bulk with paying customer. Using all type of curse words like I don't give a f do your review. She was waiting for me to react , but I do not conduct myself like that. Never in my life have I ever been treated like this. If the owner or manager can reach out I would be more than happy to speak and I sit speak to a young manager and she seems to not care at all. Those two ladies should learn good customer service. You have to treat people right. This was my first time coming there and I will never come to the Burtonsville treat. and that's sad because the food is good . I guess just bad service tonight. And I can not believe my kids witness this. I also will be contacting corporate. She even took our receipts , cause she knew I would do a review. SMH

4/29 Just a little update. One of the leading staff contacted me and apologize for the two young ladies behavior. The team did a full investigation and did take disciplinary actions. I do appreciate the team contacting me and taking this so serious. I really like this place , and can't wait until me and my kids go back. FYI- you do not have to react to others reactions. This location just opened and 4 of us decided to visit for happy hour last week (5/14/15) for some apps and drinks. We were seated quickly outside and that's where the "good" ended. It was 5+ minutes before a server ever came over to get our drink order. Once we placed the order it was close to 20+ minutes before the drinks arrived. These were simple drinks. We were not ordering complicated cocktails, just a few beers and simple "liquor and soda" type of drinks. This was the pattern for the next 1.5 hours. Pleace our order, wait 20 minutes for the drinks to arrive, wait another 10 minutes before the server even came back and then wait another 20 minutes for our drinks.

Also, during this time we saw two people come sit down near our table, wait and wait and end up leaving because the server never came by. We even saw one person "dine & dash" because it took him close to an hour to get a drink and a salad.

Now, I'm not sure if it was our server's fault or the kitchen, but this was just an awful experience. It seemed like the outside service was a mess but inside was working fine. I expressed my concerns to the manager-on-duty. We had a some of our drinks comped but they need to do some serious work before I'll go back to...
