This location needs to close for a few weeks so they can train their associates or better yet hire new employees because they do not care about this job. It’s always a debacle to order iced coffee either it takes 20 minutes and they get it wrong or it takes less time and they still get it wrong. I ordered this twice and they still failed to put the oat milk that I pay extra for and when they put it in there, they only put like a dollop and my coffee is always dark. I have to fix it when I get home. This location is the closest to me but it’s so unfortunate. Yesterday when my boyfriend went to go pick up this coffee, they messed up his order three times he had to go inside to make sure they get it right and they still messed it up like they can’t be that hard. Read moreI’ve been super excited for this location to re open. I have personal experience working in the coffee industry and can truly say this location is NOT it. The store is gorgeous but that’s about it. They should’ve done way more extensive training for the employees & managers. This is my second and last visit because I decided to give another chance. Silly me. The first visit I waited 40 minutes for TWO coffees. Which ended up turning out disgusting. Way too dark and tasted super burnt . The employees looked like they were struggling so bad. Overheard one say how a manager is just sitting in the back. And now today. Overall I got my order faster but they need either more employees or just a better system of communication. I’m Muslim and don’t eat pork and I hate their croissant. I ordered 2 orders hash browns, and they sent 1. I ordered 2 turkey sausage egg and cheese wraps and they didn’t even send those. I ordered 2 blueberry glaze donuts and they sent 2 completely different donuts . This has to be the worst order I ever received on uber eats. I called to speak to a manager but the worker said 1 wouldn’t be back in until tomorrow morning. That’s the problem, they usually have 2 incompetent teenagers or foreigners running the whole store and screwing up orders. Why is there not at least 1 manager on the clock???
