I forgot to update this from 2019. The owner to the building contacted me and apologized. He offered my spouse and I to come in and dine in for free. I was very happy for that. I know I am 6 years late. But just now coming back on here. So I updated my stars. ✨
Yesterday October 25,2019 little after 12pm, I tried to complete an online order so that I can be able to pick up my order due to me being at work and only get a hour lunch break. The website was acting up and gave me an oops error code. I tried again and was able to do it. I Tried to create an online order. It stated if I order $35 or more I get a free appetizer if I enter promo code Kickoff. It wasn’t giving me the information for free appetizer when I did it. I then contacted the location to try to assist me over the phone. A young man answered the phone and said he will transfer me to “to go”. I then waited on hold for approximately 8 min and there was no answer. I hung up and called back. This time a young girl answered and stated she is going to walk back there to see. I was left on hold for 6 min. I hung up again cause i was experiencing the same thing with the last call. I then waited a little, called back, got ready to take my lunch break. When calling back, I believe the same young girl answered. I asked to speak with a supervisor. She then asked for my name. I said my name. I was put on hold. Then another boy which sounded like the one who answered the first time stated how can I help you. I asked “are you a supervisor?” He then stated, “no but I can take a message and deliver it.” So I stated to him I just need assistance making an order and how I was on hold for long period of time. He then asked what did you want to order. I got through stating about shrimp and lobster pasta with no bacon because I can’t eat pork. He then stated he is transferring me to “to go”. He laughed and other workers in the background laughed. I then clocked out for lunch, drove myself down there with me on hold. It took me about 25 min to get down there and altogether I was on the phone for 34 min. I approached the girl in the front and asked to speak with a supervisor. She asked what my name was. I stated Rochele. She said “Oh your Rochele. I tried to tell him but he wouldn’t listen”. I said please get me the supervisor. She got him immediately. I explained to the supervisor and showed him my phone how I am still on hold. I then hung the phone up. He proceeded to explain that it is unacceptable how the workers were and to order what I will like free of charge. He stated to let the “to go” person what I would like. I told the “to go” young man, I wanted the lobster and shrimp pasta with no bacon due to the pork, Cajun shrimp chicken pasta, and quesadilla appetizer. Despite the fact I was late returning to work from lunch due to me having to wait for my order to be cooked, I returned to work and my shrimp an lobster pasta had bacon pork in it. I was extremely disturbed and couldn’t enjoy or eat it. I didn’t feel like the hassle to call back due to the poor customer service I received on the phone....

I came into the establishment today asked the host if there was anyone seats in the bar area. Of course I found a table by the kitchen I seated myself and waited. I waited for about 13 mins before anyone acknowledged me. Once I was acknowledge the waiter told me to hold on and he will be right with me. He came back to my table about 5 or 6 mins later and asked if I had menus of course I didn't because no one ever gave me one. So he left gave me a menu. I asked him if I could order off the lunch menu. He informed me that he would have to ask his manager since at this point it was 3:06 and the lunch special ends at 3:00pm. A gentleman approached me and introduced himself as Tony. I inquired are you the manager? He replied yes. I explained to him the situation and if I could order off the lunch menu. Tony proceeds to explain to me that after 3:00pm the system will automatically not allow him to add a lunch item. Which this was really hard for me to believe since he is the manager and he should have the option to override things. If he is not able to FRIDAY'S should consider this apart of training since sometimes things happen that are out of the customers control prime example the situation at hand. He also offered no suggestions to at least turn the horrible customer service experience I was having into a pleasant one. Needless to say I didn't order anything at all and I left. Read moreUpdate: corporate reached out to me to provide proof of my visit, which I did. I was then told someone from the exact location that I reviewed would reach out to me in 1-2 business days. Nothing! So it’s not a location issue, it’s a corporate environment to treat their customers like crap. I’m throwing the whole franchise away.
This restaurant is a perfect example of how not to run a business. No one was up front to great us. We were finally seated and given overly used menus. Placed the order for food and drinks. I specifically ordered a medium cooked burger. My burger arrived well done along with one other member in my party. The drinks never arrived and the last person in my party didn’t receive their food.
I spoke with the manager (Mimi) who said she would take care of everything. The same waitress brought the other persons food but I never received my burger.
When I asked for the check, it had two burgers ordered abcs a discount for one. The bill was over $70. Mimi approached me and said the check was correct. I explained that two burgers were on the check and the discount was got one burger. She said she didn’t correct the check but it was no w $63.
To sum up the experience, two plates of food arrived before drinks. Drinks were delivered after I complained about my burger being overcooked. Third plate arrived after complaint but my burger never arrived and there were less than 10 people...
