10/09/2022 Once again this place is the WORST! There isn't enough time in the day or enough deacriptive words to say how bad this place is! I go in today as a party of 3, our combined total of $36.00 which included 5, drinks, 1 sandwich, 2 bagels, 1 donut, 2 hash browns. When we walk in, there were no other customers in line a head of us, nor were there any customers waiting for their orders to be made. We grabbed a table and all of us engaged in conversation. After about 10 minutes someone questioned where's the food??? By this time there are now 3 other orders behind us also waiting. As a daily frequent customer to this location, I am familiar with the manager (who was THERE) as well as the 4 food preparers who were also there... After about 17... 18 minutes of still not getting our order, I stood with my receipt in hand so all could see I was waiting... Completely frustrated because looking into the kitchen seeing all 4 food preparers laughing, giggling l, playing around with NO CARE at all that not only was I waiting for my food, but now 6 other customers waiting for theirs... Finally after 20 full minutes pass does the manager decided to go to the kitchen to figured out why the ENTIRE inside is PACKED full of people. It was finally at the 23rd minute after my order was placed did my order number get called.I go up to get it bring it back to the table only for another person in my group to just throw her hands up with complete dismay and frustration when she opened her sandwich to find it was wrong!!!
