Pre-review note: I just want to point out that a number of the other reviewers are directly associated with Dunkin Donuts. Skews the average rating a bit.
DD usually delivers my favorite coffee, I love their donuts, and their bagels are better than average. This location failed miserably for all 3 offerings. And while I never expect great customer service from DD, this location even fell below my minimal expectations.
My bagels were only half cooked. I'd insert a picture if I could. They were simply unbelievable.
I counted the sprinkles on my daughter's donut and my son's donut; 9 sprinkles and 7 sprinkles respectively.
I asked for light cream in my wife's coffee. I watched them fill the cup half full with cream and half with coffee. I respectfully said, "I'm sorry, but I only wanted light cream. My wife will kill me." The lady did not respond but she did remake the coffee... Exactly the same as before! I was grabbing my 2 year old and didn't watch it happen this time.
And finally, I asked the clerk (Asst. Mgr) for a copy of my receipt. She sighed, then lethargically walked to the back and returned less than 5 minutes later. She printed off the receipt from the terminal, handed it to me, and then leaned sideways to speak to the customer behind me. No "have a good day", "thanks for visiting DD", nothing of the sorts.
One final note: Their version of the croissant donut is quite possibly the worst I have ever tasted. Go to Shoppers grocery store for a cheaper (DD's Donut was $2.59 - FOR ONE DONUT), bigger, and much better version of the...
Read moreOkay. I understand how hard it is to live in inflation times but goodness, why are you so rude to your customers? We all are going thru somewhat hard times in every different situations. Its not just you! There were a young guy and an older lady(the trouble one) and this lady who doesnât seem to understand much of new Dunkinâs reward system was trying to tell me I can get muffins or munchkins for a free option when it clearly said the coupon excludes munchkins and they didnt even have muffins on display case. So I asked her If I can choose one of the donuts and she added and it worked of course and did this make her upset? She threw my receipt on the counter instead of handing it over to me or even asking if I want the receipt or not. It wasnât only me seeing that rude behavior but also my husband asked me why she was so upset. Then guess what? She pumped sugars furiously 6 times on my Medium iced coffee(isnt it supposed to have 3 or 4 max unless you specified?) and of course I cant drink my coffee cuz its mad sweet! I will never go back to this location where mgmt dont care about training their employees or could she be the manager? Dont go there unless you dont mind her pouring negative energy onto you and lacking knowledge of manuals or even not having descent manners. Too bad the Dunkinâ app doesnât give you an option to...
Read moreThis place has no problem essentially taking your money and giving you nothing in return (thatâs called stealing btw). I ordered breakfast on the app and included two orders of hasbrown. My partner picked up the order and in the car we noticed there were no hash browns. Went back inside and tell them this, and another customer is complaining of the same thing. The person working says they donât have any hash browns. Ok? Maybe donât take my money for something you apparently donât have? If I hadnât checked the bag, I would havenât noticed til I got home. They begrudgingly gave us two donuts instead, after saying no when we asked for a bagel or something. So theyâre picky about what substitutions they offer, but choose not to tell you when theyâve left something out of your order that they accepted your money for (despite them having the opportunity to either make it unavailable on the app or simply telling me in person that part of my order couldnât be fulfilled and giving me a partial refund). Absolutely terrible business practice to sneakily and knowingly steal from customers.
Also sometimes they sell you stale...
