DIARRHEA, FOOD POISONING!!!!
I’ve recently become a loyal customer of this and have genuinely enjoyed their food—until recently. Over the past 30 days alone, I’ve spent more than $200 here because I truly believed in the quality and consistency they usually offer.
Let me include that I am 100% certain this food made me sick! Not only was it the only thing that I had eaten. I gave some of the crust to my dog. He also had diarrhea. I was unfortunately served a pizza (New Yorker). WHAT IM UPSET ABOUT Is……When I returned the uneaten food to the restaurant, I expected some level of understanding or empathy. Instead, I was met with reluctance and pushback from the owner about getting a refund. That part was especially disappointing—not just because I got sick, but because I’ve supported this business regularly and expected to be treated with a bit more respect and trust.
Mistakes happen, and I get that. But when they do, how a business handles those moments says a lot. I hope this was a one-off experience and that future customers don’t have to deal with the same dismissiveness I faced.
Ultimately, they refunded me $15 cash, but only after I Set up a chair out front Of their restaurant and threaten to sit outside and boycott with signs. May I add I spent $29 and...
Read moreMy significant other and I recently started ordering delivery from here just to try something new and mix things up in our ordering routine. We ordered not long ago, and I got a Sicilian Cheese Pizza with Pepperoni and Sausage and WOW! I highly recommend it if that’s your preferred style of pizza. I’m in no way a pizza expert, but it was the best pizza I’ve had in the area in quite a long time. The square slices reheated beautifully in the air fryer; we enjoyed it for a couple days after as there was plenty left over!
My significant other also had a hankering for a grilled chicken wrap with very specific ingredients (lettuce, tomato, avocado, fried onions and vinegar and oil dressing), and they were happy to accommodate! He was very impressed with the customized sub.
I’ll also throw in that we tried the Cream of Crab Soup out of curiosity, and we were surprisingly impressed! It was in no way 5-star restaurant COC Soup, but for the price, it was quite flavorful and rich! I definitely recommend it if you don’t have super high expectations and are on a budget. It’s hard to find COC Soup in the area available for delivery, so I really appreciate it being on the menu.
We’ll definitely be adding Eato’s to our regular ordering...
Read moreMy husband and I just ordered a tuna sub and tuna on a kaiser roll. The sub was fine, but my tuna salad sandwich tasted strange. First, there was a chunk of beef in the tuna salad on my sandwich. The kind they use for cheese steak subs. Second, the sandwich made my mouth tingle. My husband tasted it too and he said his mouth felt odd also. After two bites of the sandwich, I realized I couldn't eat it and threw it away. My husband called Eatos and spoke to someone who spoke to the manager. They said they'd credit us $5 for a $6.49 sandwich. Terrible customer service. That's unacceptable. I've worked in customer service for many years and I would always try to make things right in the end. Eatos' remedy for this disgusting sandwich is inadequate at best. They can keep our $5 and put that money towards training and cleaning! There are plenty of better places in the area to order from. Eatos is definitely one to avoid!
Update: As expected, a generic response from Eato's. Folks, there is a lot of competition in the area. If you want to stand out as a quality restaurant, you've got...
