Blown away by the quality and customer service. This place was great, and stacks up against a “normal” (non-airport) sushi spots. Tasty salmon. Delicious speciality rolls. The chicken teriyaki was delicious, and well portioned. Sauce was light and flavorful. The chicken and vegetables were tasty and fresh. We got a salmon poke bowl and it was high-end, and great sized. We had the salmon nigiri and the imperial roll. Both were delicious. I read some reviews where the writer experienced poor service with younger staff. We had the opposite experience. We interacted with three young staff members, and they provided some of the kindest and best service we have ever had. We hope to eat here every time we travel though here!

Grabbed a breakfast sandwich. The only ones they had available were egg and cheese croissant for 6.50. The guy and girl at the register kept charging me for the ham and cheese which was $9 more expensive than the egg and cheese. He punched it in three times. Then he charged me for the egg and cheese but the price was 7.25 on the register plus tax equaling 7.69. I paid and told them they should update the prices on the sandwiches, since it doesn’t match what they charged. He told me it was 7.25 because of tax. I explained to him that it was 7.69 with tax and the price on the register says 7.25. I just took the sandwich since I already paid. The sandwich is awful, also. You can guarantee I’m not coming back.

I purchased the salmon bento box (miso soup, white sticky rice, cucumber and greens salad, California roll, and gyoza) and a cocktail. After 18% tip was about $40. Sticky rice with salmon was excellent, and the hot miso was very warming and filling. The light salad was also quite nice. I ended up taking the sushi and gyoza with me to eat later after the next leg of my trip. The Cutwater as always are strong for what they are and taste decent. Two shots per can basically. You'd pay $10-15 anyway anywhere else for a basic entree sans drink, so it was nice to get a healthy, filling hot and cold meal. I'd eat here again.

I never thought I would ever be writing a review, but here I am.

Let me start by saying that the food is good. The first time I got it, I didn't think the quality of food was available in airports, and compared to other restaurants and fast food around, this one is easily the best from what I tried.

I have been to this restaurant every Wednesday flying out for work for the last 3 weeks, and I couldn't even start to tell you the service I received from this one server, and YES they only have 1 server EVERYTIME I have been there, and every single time, it is completely busy. The young man is running the entire dining room by myself and made sure not only myself but the families and other guests around me were taken care of. His attentiveness and effort on how he was working were resonating in the entire room, and after I saw the couple next to me pull him aside to praise him, I also decided to pull him aside to let him know that his hard work really shows, and he told me how much he appreciated me coming back here and remembered me from my previous visit, which I was very impressed with. This review is...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Gachi House of Sushi, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience—truly a 10/10!

While their sushi is renowned, I decided to try their ramen, and I was absolutely blown away. The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, striking that ideal balance of savory and sweet. The noodles were cooked to perfection with just the right amount of bite, and the toppings were fresh, vibrant, and generous. Every spoonful was a delightful symphony of taste!

The presentation was beautiful, and the warmth of the ramen felt like a comforting hug on a chilly day. It wasn’t just a meal; it was an experience that left me satisfied and eager to return.

The staff at Gachi were friendly and attentive, ensuring my visit was smooth and enjoyable. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy yet modern, making it a perfect spot for any occasion.

Whether you’re craving sushi or looking for an unforgettable bowl of ramen, Gachi House of Sushi delivers in every way....

It's an airport, so finding good food in an airport isn't expected to much. But this place wasn't bad. Had a bowl of ramen that was.. pretty much your standard bowl of ramen (that's a compliment folks). Service was not fast, but not slow, a little unnerving if you're flying, but folks, you should know your window to eat and not sit down if there isn't sit down time. Clean, well presented, no issues. Except. EXCEPT. Dude. Entire staff look like stress factor 10, facing some sort of dread. I'm not talking about folks looking tired (face it, service industry jobs are hard, and customers aren't easy), this is case of everyone looking like they couldn't stand who they work with, the boss was gonna come by and fire all of them, distracted into the distance, barely communicating with eachother, no smiles, eyes glazed over. Kind of makes the whole...
