This was my first time to time to Honeygrow. I walked up to the kiosk and proceeded to place my order. Since this was my first time a I checked out as a guest and opted to pay with cash. The kiosk instructed me to head to the cashier to pay. Tyreese is the woman they have at the cash register. As I am standing there she doesnât even acknowledge me and continues to yell out customers names. No biggie I am in no rush. She was working along side and younger gentleman who I must commend his work ethics and customer services skills. Finally she asks can she help I let her know I placed an order at the kiosk and it instructed me to pay with the cashier. She says whatâs your name, I replied Jennifer. she fiddles with her register and says do you remember how much it costed or did you use another name. I replied No I ordered the garlic butter. She continues to fiddle with the register and asks again do I know how much, now again this is my first visit ever so of course I donât remember the price. I mean after all I do not work there. The gentleman beside her notices and attempts to assist her. As I am standing right in front of her she tells the gentleman working alongside her she must have placed it under someoneâs else name order. AS IF I am not right there. I mean where is the customer service. I replied to her no I didnât place it under someone elseâs order. She magically finds the order and says and you put your name on there. I say yes. I try to give her the old change it came to and she stops and says wait let me be sure itâs you. When I know itâs says my name. Then she proceeds to not take my change and used just the $20 I handed her. Her facial expressions were doing the utmost god awful ugly things. I say to her here so the change I said I had she said well I didnât hear you, yet my 1st attempt to hand it to her she said wait. So she can be smart as she was the entire time beucase she was wrong. I receive my receipt pictured below and Jennifer is clear as day on there. So she should have said she was new and couldnât properly work the register to a job which she applied for. Then she is making nasty faces so I asked if she had an issue. She said yes I do and proceeds to turn around and talk about it to another coworker. So unprofessional. I had my teenage daughter with me. So i said ok enough is enough, I understand new employees and bad days but this was uncalled for. I asked the very polite Coworker who witnessed it all, working beside her at the register what was their GMâs name and her name. He told me her name was Tyreese and the GM who happened to be their name was Kris. I wasnât going to leave a review assuming him just having a convo with her would work about professionalism. I walk over to speak to him as I am explaining and asking their kiosk process and if I had done it correctly. He says yes we have Ben having issues with the kiosk. Never once apologized or made constant eye contact. He said would you like a brownie I will speak with her. As I am talking to him she is yelling to another coworker she donât care if I am talking to her GM about her right in front of my child. The nice gentleman at the register turns around and tells her she needs to chill and she said she didnât care. To be honest the GM seemed like he didnât care or didnât want to be bothered and now I understand why she acted that way giving her GM. While I am standing there he walks up to her laughing and she starts laughing and he walks her to the back laughing. Hopefully someone above him will see this and reach out. I am truly appalled. When the picture below of my receipts clearly says my name âJenniferâ so sue naked me for something when clearly she canât understand how to complete her job duties assigned. I wish I could rate the food but Tyreese and Kris made me loose my appetite. I wish I knew the gentleman she was working with a the register. He deserves recognition for his commitment to...

About honeygrow was born with a goal to bring people together through wholesome and simple foods. We specialize in craveable and customizable stir-frys, salads and honeybars.
What honeygrow is about thinking different when it comes to our approach, our style + our people. Founded by Justin Rosenberg in Philadelphia in 2012, honeygrow brings people together over the highest quality, wholesome, simple foods. As a newly converted proponent of a plant-based diet and tired of the mediocrity in both food and experiences presented by many of the older + emerging fast dining options, Justin decided to leave the cubicle world, train in a fine-dining kitchen, and pursue a life that spoke to his passion: Creating awesome things through the lens of nourishing foods.

To work at hg, our people need to have a fine-dining mentality and appreciation: you must be able to read a ticket, quickly assemble and cook ingredients, ensure accuracy, make the meal gorgeous, and consistently keep things clean. On top of this, we expect you to spread your positive enthusiasm to our guests.
Stepping further on the âwhoâ, our vendors and food partners are no different than those of your favorite fine-dining restaurants. We spend a lot of time sourcing and reviewing our ingredients to ensure an awesome flavor.

Read moreI really wanted to give this new location a full 5 âď¸s but I had the most unpleasant experience with one of the staff. I came into the store (on a very important phone with my company), a young lady came up to me and asked if I was there for an employee and I said âno, I am here for myself. I am just going to finish my callâ (as I was talking through my phone) she continued to tell me that I wouldnât sit in the store because they were closed and that the system was down. I was confused because I had seen others sitting down as well. She also said that if I didnât have an online order that would be more of a reason for me to leave the store. SHOCKED 𫢠I asked her was she the manager, she said âno, my name is Tatiana, but soon I will be because we lack leadership here, the manager is over thereâ. So after she blatantly disregarded the fact I was on the phone she didnât have nice things to say about her team. If youâre unhappy please choose another job. What I am thankful for was that, I had an online order and Candace was able to take care of my order and concern with her staff. Everyone else was so nice to me. A young man name Pedro came to me and addressed his rude coworker and he actually apologized what he had heard his coworker say. Iâm just not okay with that experience. I feel uncomfortable to go back! While sitting there I noticed she stepped and talked over everyone. I will want a follow up. The same girl (Tatiana) came over to Starbucks(I finished my call there and ate in there instead) she pointed to me with a barista and laughed. I thought, how immature. Please talk to her, sheâs not welcoming at all. Everyone else was very nice to me. The food was great! Again, thanks Pedro and Candace ! You guys rock! I totally warned my team about her and they (not to my surprise) knew about her from their own experiences. Someone said she over steps. I have totally seen that and I donât even work there. Honey Grow Owings Mills would be great...
