I recently had the pleasure of dining at this delightful family-owned crepe restaurant, and it was nothing short of a five-star experience!

From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made us feel like we were part of the family.

Now, let’s talk about the food! Oh my goodness, the crepes were simply heavenly. Each bite was a burst of flavor, and the variety of fillings and toppings left us spoiled for choice. Whether you’re into savory or sweet, there’s a crepe for every palate.

But what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service. The owners, who clearly pour their heart and soul into this restaurant, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. They took the time to chat with us, recommend their favorite crepes.

And let’s not forget the prices – incredibly reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you receive. It’s evident that they’re not here to make a quick buck; they genuinely care about providing an unforgettable dining experience.

In short, if you’re looking for a charming, family-owned crepe restaurant with outstanding food and heartwarming hospitality, look no further. This place has earned every one of its five stars and then some. We can’t wait to return and savor more of their...

This was my first time eating here & I was by far pleased w/ the food & service I received. I definitely felt a friendly presence while I was here. The food was amazing to my taste. I ordered chicken & waffles along w/ a strawberry banana, Nutella crepe. By far enjoyed what I had received. The waffle was made perfectly w/ a semi. Sweet taste & the chicken was absolutely stunning. Tasted as if it were made w/ a butter milk. Perfectly seasoned & not over seasoned in any way. It paired well with the spicy syrup, as well as the regular syrup. The Nutella crepe was very delicious as well & I would recommend it for kids w/ a scoop of ice cream. Made perfectly with the right amount of fruit & all. Every bite just was “Mmhmm 😋” From start to finish I loved the interaction & everything about the food. Paul was very welcoming & kind in the ordering process & Irina was very pleasant as well. Very graceful attitude, very welcoming, & thank you to them both for checking to make sure everything was well with the order. This is a family friendly place w/ family friendly vibes & I’ll definitely be returning...

I recently visited Irena's Crepes Cafe in Glen Burnie, MD, and I can’t stop raving about this gem of a small, family-owned business! The crepes here are nothing short of spectacular—delicious, perfectly crafted, and truly to die for. You’d be hard-pressed to find better crepes outside of France! This local favorite has been featured in numerous papers, and it’s easy to see why.The menu boasts an impressive variety of both sweet and savory crepes, with gluten-free options that ensure everyone can indulge. Their chicken and waffles are also a standout, offering a delightful twist on a classic. The portion sizes are generous, yet the crepes are so irresistible that many patrons, myself included, find themselves ordering a second one just to savor the experience a little longer. The service is as awesome as the food, with the warm, welcoming vibe you’d expect from a family-run spot. Irena’s Crepes Cafe is a must-visit for anyone in Glen Burnie looking for an unforgettable meal. Trust me, you’ll leave planning your next visit...

Food was delicious. We tried three crepes: Tuscan chicken Reuben Goat cheese with strawberries The chicken one was great, with tasty pesto and a balsamic glaze served on the side. The Reuben was interesting in that the meat seemed to be roast beef and not corned beef. Unexpected, but not unpleasant. The sweet crepe with goat cheese and strawberries was served with whipped cream on the plate and was my favorite. The only issue with this place is that the food took a long time to come out, even though we got a seat as soon as we ordered (it wasn't like it was so crowded that we were in a line out the door or anything). We waited at least 30 minutes, maybe 40, and so did everyone else there. Seems long for the type of atmosphere going on there. I'm going to go again but next time I'll order and go get a cup of coffee somewhere else while they make the food.

I'm always in search of a well constructed. tasty, sweet crepe. I've had my share of disappointments during my travels, but not this time!! The icing on the cake was I was home in Baltimore to visit my family. The 45-minute drive to Irina's was worth the trip. I read the reviews, by the way before I went, and they were spot-on. The 4.8 star rating was well deserved. Although I arrived on the later end, approaching closing time, the two man team there stopped preparing to close and served me like I was the first customer of the day. My strawberry, banana, and Nutella crepe were made to perfection and sotto for my side of fried chicken tenders. The spicy and sweet sauces that accompanied my tenders also made my taste buds twirl with delight. Soooo good! I will definitely take that drive again....but earlier next time! 😁
