I was in the Solomons store tonight and a lady that was in the back was yelling at the employees telling them that they were not to say no to other staff when they were asked to get the phone, and that from now on, they had to do what they were told to do. It was not a pleasant environment to eat a meal during this. When she came out to the front I said "excuse me ma'm". She said "Oh, I don't work here" I asked her then why was she yelling at the employees and I would like her name and the corporate office phone number." She said " I don't have to tell you that I am the corporate office" I told her I didn't believe so because Jerry's is a franchise." The food remains excellent, but now there's a warm welcome when you enter, making you feel genuinely appreciated. So I called Jerry's and placed a order they gonna tell me they can't deliver to my address trying to say there was a problem that happen so I'm like I'm the one always order the food and get it so and nothing never happen so when I ask how can I get in touch with the owner or sumthing they told me they handle it at the restaurant and I was like what supposedly happen at the address and they hung I called back twice and nobody answer so if anybody knows who I can get in touch with please let me know the food is good but the workers are rude and the crazy part is every business has someone higher they really hung on me please if u know anybody I can contact please let me know...
