Today 10.13.22 I placed an online order using the option "Reorder" for "Curbside pickup". I arrived at 11:50 and sat outside until 11:58. No one came. I then exited my vehicle and entered to pickup my curbside order. I was first presented with the incorrect order and then given my order. I get home to find 1. The dressing I requested was not provided and 2. there was Mayo on my salad. I promptly call and Alex answers. I asked to speak with the manager and he asked what the problem was to assist. I advised him of the problem. He stated the salad dressing was his fault but that because I did not request no mayo it was added. I explained that I order this same all the time and all I do is select reorder so how could this be my issue. He placed me on hold. Came back and said the free salad I received based on points earned could be remade but I'd have to pay. The customer service received throughout this entire curb side order process was horrible. Why offer curbside if you can't do it? This is not the first time this has happened. This is however, the first time my salad was messed up hence this review. I will be escalating to General management. I also will no longer patronize this location! If you do ... I encourage you to go inside and double check behind the adults making your order to ensure you get what you ordered and not have to take a 15 minute drive back to pay for...
Read moreSo I went to this Jersey Mike's and ordered a number 9. It's the second time within 2 months that I ordered a number 9. This time I watched them carefully and once again they didn't put bacon on my sub. I asked the kid where's the bacon at he said we add that in the end. I get my vegetables on the side. He turned to 1 of his co-workers and asked for bacon. The guy sliceing the meat says we don't have any. I said this is exactly what happened to me last time you didn't have any so you didn't do anything about it. I had to suggest to them to put 2 or 3 pieces of ham on there to compensate for the bacon. If I didn't question it I would've once again left with a A sandwich that was not complete as the menu description says. I actually still left them a $1 tip because they were sorry for my inconvenience. I told them it was not an inconvenience but if they don't have something they should make up for it in some other way that is what service recovery is about. I am a huge Jersey Mike's fan been eating JM sinse1990 but this place is becoming a...
Read moreThis was my first time to Jersey Mike’s. I have to admit, when I sat down to eat my food I was a bit concerned. I’m not a complaining Karen, but nearly all corporate/franchises are suffering from low morale resulting in poor customer service, low quality food. This nearly alarmed me: Every person behind the counter was kind, confident in what they were doing, knew their role, and hustled. Smiled. Asked customers if they could open the door them as they exited. For example- the young white brunette was absolutely on top of slicing and taking note of her coworkers finding ways to support them. Every little thing done with care. Young bearded black guy was incredible, would clean up his immediate prep station as soon as he could. I saw them work respectfully with an older customer who needed a little extra help. I can only imagine that these folks are well compensated, or should be, because they take pride in their product. I see why people like this location. I attached a photo of my sandwich as soon as I could, might’ve been too late...
