Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Maryland

After being a frequent customer since opening of store in April, have had pretty good experiences until this evening. Upon entering store the young lady who was doing the cooking was hanging out at counter with her friends so she was to busy to take our order. When she decided to stop playing and take order she never told us that they were only accepting cash payments. The young man behind the counter who was obviously in training had no idea how to handle the situation, so after looking to his coworker for guidance and receiving none, the food went in the trash. In a situation where you can't process any credit card payments and you have no signs posted and no ATM in the store you may want to comp food, apologize and post a Cash Only sign on the door...just saying, customer...

I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak. Specifically requested that the roll be grilled. When the bag was handed to me, I could feel that the bag that the roll was not hot. I opened it up. The top of the roll was cold. The inside of the top had not touched the grill. The bottom And insides were hot. I took a bite, And realized that I didn’t want to Eat it. I walked back up And Asked them if the roll was Grilled. The woman answering said yes. I said, the roll is cold, And that they put them on the grill For a couple of seconds.

I ordered 3 subs. 2 steak and cheese extra cheese and extra mushrooms. Small subs not the large. Didn’t see any mushrooms or cheese. The steak was extremely dry and hard. The total bill was $65.20 Food was horrible and the price I paid for this is a horrible deal. I am writing corporate. I want to be reimbursed for such lousy food. Soo much for Jersey mikes. I’ll never go there again. This was location of Edgewater. Unbelievable. I’m very tired of paying a hefty price for food an DC can’t even eat it. I fed my dog with the steak. Extremely...
