I just started a job in the area yesterday and decided to go for lunch to jimmy johns as I wanted a deli sandwich since it is so hot outside. I had never eaten at Jimmy Johns before so I decided to give it a try. That’s where the fun stops. Upon entering the store was crowded so I felt this was obviously a delicious place since so many people were here during the it lunch break. I ordered the country club. I asked for a #11 thinking ok that’s the combo for $12.59 since I was on a budget. The lady Roxana charged just for the sandwich and when I asked for the receipt she said I could get it when I pick up my sandwich at the end of the bar. I had about ten minutes left to get back to site and eat. The couple before me ordered something similar to me but the must’ve gave them my sandwich and the they wanted a refund. I asked for my cup while I waited and was told I didn’t ask for a combo so I was only charged for the sandwich. I was instantly irritated because why not ask someone if they want the meal? Or confirm with a person that they are only paying for the sandwich! I was then charged SEPARATELY for the drink and the chips which came to an additional $5.00 after already paying almost $10 just for the sandwich. I take my sandwich and run to my car to get back to my job on time . Sit in the car and open my Sandwich, take a few bites and what do I have ? The other person Sandwich which had onions, pickles, hots and NO TOMATO😡😡😡I took pictures and plan to return the for a FULL REFUND! Customer service was definitely lacking and I’m not even hard to please! Now I’m hungry and have to go back to work starving with 4 more hours to go! Im just here to gush about the service. It's still a Jimmy John's so like don't get your hopes up too high but I enjoyed my food, and the atmosphere is what it normally is at a Jimmy John's. However! I came here on a Saturday night and got in thirty minutes before close. They didn't have the regular bread at the end of the night but I've worked food service and I know exactly what you feel when someone walks in 30 minutes before close as a did service worker. For just sharing a little compassion the staff were absolutely excellent to me. I cannot share more than having an incredibly positive experience with Jacob and Ingrid who pulled out the stops so I could I enjoy my food before close. Could not praise their customer...
