Kensington Pizza & Kabob House — Restaurant in Maryland

PLEASES READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW AND SEE THE EDIT BELOW, WOULD GIVE 5 STARS NOW.* I ordered a 18 inch pizza, and the whole order was terribly messed up. I got a12" instead!!! And the Cheesesteak was a 8 inch but only had about 2ounces of steak on it more lettuce and raw onions and one tomato slice cut in half!!! I've never had raw onions with a Cheesesteak it's always been cooked and the lettuce was on there you had more bread and lettuce and onions than anything one tomato slice!!! then I got an Italian cold-cut with everything. It was only 1 piece of ham, three pieces of salami and no capicola and no provolone cheese with a bunch of lettuce core, thivk raw onions again one tomato slice cut in half!!!😲😖😤😤 I didn't get no cheese on the sub at all....and there's hardly no meat on either one of them... then the cold cuts meat with sliced Sri do thick it was gross!! $8 for those subs and $16 for pizza??? it's pretty much onions lettuce and bread that's it!!!. Oh and a tomato, I forgot that little bit of extra, haha with the 2 ounce of steak so it's crazy!!!!!😨r😲😠 I got the food for my kids to eat.... But they can't eat now because cold cuts nothing but onions and lettuce. Ann's the puzza is to dammm small for all of them. I will never buy subs from this place again, never ever ever stay away.... they're terrible if you want some go somewhere else....only gets1 star because of the pizza, that's it Beware of the subs there no good unless you want aonion sandwich and a piece of tomato. 😉😉😉😉😉🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗😁😁😁😁😁🙄 **I went back to talk with the manager to let him know of my bad - terrible experience. He was very apologetic and concerned about what he could do to fix the situation. He had this business for many years and did not want this to be happening because of certain employees!! WHICH NOW NO LONGER WORK THERE!! This is the reason I wanted to speak to the manager but instead I spoke to the OWNER that's why I wanted to let the owner know the situation and what had happened. I would recommend this business now because since I have spoken to him all off our orders have been awesome and great food!!!😁😉😉 please try this place And you will see how great the food is. ...

VERY pricey for what you get. We ordered take out . I ordered a crispy chicken ciabatta melt that was approx. 4" x 4" & had 2 small chicken strips with a small thinly sliced tomato ,lettuce, dressing & a small piece of cheese for $10.00. The chicken was very tough .My husband ordered a gyro that was dry & the "lamb" he said tasted more like shaved beef & was very tough for $10.00. He also ordered , for almost $6.00, about 4 ounces of poorly made & terrible tasting hummus with 1/2 small piece of pita bread. My son ordered a lamb kabob in a small tray with rice which was $18 +. Also ordered cheese sticks (one order) 6 sticks for $8.00 & one piece of chocolate cake with an $8.00 price.When we went to pick up our order my husband ended up going back into the store twice , once for the missing cake & 2nd for the missing hummus. I downgraded my review from 5 stars to 1 star. The onion rings are no longer their own. They taste just like what you get from the big chains or from the grocery store shelves, so they must have bought ready-made rings and fried them. Their pizza used to be great, but the last pizza I bought was below average and tasted bland. The dough had the same taste as the dough you'd get from an average grocery store. The tomato sauce came directly from a cheap can. The pizza was not well baked. I had to fire up my oven and bake it further.
