Latest update I refuse to go back because they just can't make cold brew right. They whipped the milk for maybe five to ten seconds and they barely put any in the drink to begin with. It's not like that thick foam is that is supposed to be in the drink, its runny and it dissipates in a few minutes, leaving nothing but rather bitter coffee (which is seemingly a given at this location). When you're spending about six dollars for a mediocre cup of coffee, you realize that there are better places to go, including the Wheaton Starbucks down the road. My photo isn't the greatest, but I loterally just received the coffee and the "foam" is barely there and I know in just a few minutes it will be completely gone
A few updates, this Starbucks has become the most inconsistent Starbucks there is, at least in this area. Some days you will get your order correct, others you will get something that doesn't even remotely resemble what you ordered. Half the time when I come here I end up getting really burnt coffee and I even pay for extra syrups and what not and I don't get those (if I do I don't taste it because of the burnt coffee)When you're spending $6 to 7 for a coffee, you want it to not taste burnt. It is...
Read moreI’m genuinely shocked by the unprofessional conduct I experienced at your location. A male employee working the drive-thru window displayed behavior that was not only immature but completely unacceptable for any workplace—especially one representing a brand like Starbucks. He attempted to act overly aggressive and confrontational at the speaker, and then, clearly realizing how inappropriate he was being, switched places with a female colleague before I reached the payment window. It was an obvious attempt to avoid accountability.
Even more concerning is that this wasn’t an isolated incident. The same male employee was present the day before, exhibiting the same juvenile, arrogant behavior—acting as if he were trying to impress someone in a high school hallway rather than serve paying customers.
I’ve visited many Starbucks locations over the years, and I’ve never encountered anything like this. As someone in a managerial role myself, let me offer this piece of serious advice: this employee is a liability to your store and your brand. If this kind of behavior is allowed to continue, it will inevitably reflect poorly on your entire team. You may want to reconsider his employment before further...
Read moreThis is my favorite Starbucks, initially on started going here because of the drive thru but the staff keep me coming back. I did have one issue with an order and I contacted them, they were apologetic and it felt genuine. I wasn’t angry I just wanted to share the experience to prevent it from happening again.
They are fast and efficient and always friendly. I know they see hundreds of people daily but they make my experience feel really personalized. Every time I pull to the window and they say “order for JB” my day instantly improves no matter who is at the window but me and my mini poodle love when Jess is at the window, I could make coffee at home or stop at plenty of other Starbucks but in my mind this is my Starbucks haha
The only draw back is the parking lot, it’s not Starbucks’ fault because there is lots of signage but sometimes people don’t read and try to cut the line because they didn’t enter the parking lot correctly so you just have to exercise a...
