I am sad to say I will not be returning. My husband and I loved Donut King. We come here every Saturday to have breakfast. The food is delicious and for the most part we order the same thing when we come. However today the worker who takes the order was extremely rude. I ordered in Spanish as she also speaks Spanish. I told her I wanted a latte but used the word for latte in Spanish. She asked me if I wanted milk poured into coffee and I told her that I wanted steamed milk and coffee. She then stated “so you want a latte?” I stated “yes” and said “ I call it cafe con leche” which is a latte in Spanish. She threw up her hands in the hair , her voice escalated and she said “so which is it “? She was very rude and then for whatever reason she did not place the order although we paid for it and spent about 3 minutes going over my order. What a mess. I have never been treated this poorly here. It’s not about the fact that she didn’t understand what I was saying. Mistakes happen, it was the way she responded to me. I will not be...

Donut King saved the day for me today! I was in search of Wi-Fi for an important work meeting after my power went out due to the snow storm. I decided to walk 1.5 miles in the snow to the Starbucks nearby only to be turned away as they were only taking drive-through customers. Thankfully I decided to walk around the corner and found Donut King was open with free Wi-Fi! The employees were so nice and friendly despite the cold. I ordered a cappuccino and logged onto my computer just in time for my meeting. My coffee was hand delivered, along with several donuts on the house, which turned out to be the only food I had for much of the day. This was an unexpected and delightful treat. Thank you, Donut King, for making my day!! I hope others will read this review and give this place a try. The food is great and the warm and welcoming atmosphere is hard to find these days. This is a neighborhood gem!! Please support local businesses and give this...

I have order here maybe 4 times and food has been ok, I normally order the country omelet come with some burn potatoes all the time, but that don't bothers me much. What really bothers me the most is the customer service I get when one unparticular staff lady is there during my lunch time. Horrible service from her is like she hates her job . stuff lady does not greet or gets upset if you ask for a fork or ketchup. people like that should not be working there make customers not want to come back and waste of my money on rude staff. I have seen one time a gentlemen that gave me great customer service the first time I went there, he greeted and was friendly and helpful. I hate to write this review because I am not one to write reviews but this is not expectable for staff member to not be able to treat customers nice, even if it...

Good breakfast. This is a neighborhood favorite. I asked three people where I could get a good breakfast and they all recommended this spot so I thought I’d try it. Indoor and outdoor seating is available and free parking as well but not a lot of spaces as it’s in a small strip of stores. It’s cozy. I got the Western Omelette with a side of hash browns and ciabatta roll. It was tasty. I was surprised the omelette was a one egg omelette, but nevertheless it was good. I also got a medium coffee and 1/2 a dozen donut holes. In all I spent a little over $16, which is fair for this area.

Ordered some breakfast to go this morning and a green smoothie, breakfast was really good. So far the closest thing to a nyc diner. I’ve lived in MD for over 4 years now and I am happy to say I found a little slice of home. Food shown is corned beef hash, not from a can! Eggs over easy and freshly baked in store bagels. They also have amazing donuts and a variety of different breakfast options and coffee!

Ok, I’ll be really honest about this place. The experience I was expecting when I tried Starbucks and got really disappointed….i get it there…what I imagined a Starbucks drink to taste like before I tried a few of them…I get it here…best part is I tell the staff how good their drinks are and they’re just so chilled about it…no big deal…easy work lol…great place good folks. From the hot chocolate guy…
