Ledo Pizza Wheaton, MD — Restaurant in Maryland

Since you’re asking for a review, here it is!

My wife and I placed a carryout order for two items. A medium pizza and a garden salad with blue cheese dressing.

We patronize your location, although it is not the closest to our home. Why? The restaurant is clean, the food quality is far better than Leisure World and Colesville. Consistently good.

You need to up your game when you pack one salad and don’t include the dressing. Not convenient when a customer drives 7 miles to pick up their order, expects it to be complete, had discover that one of the three items are missing in the bag when they get home.

Take out orders need to be triple checked to avoid mistakes like this. The restaurant wasn’t busy when I got there. The owner was behind the counter. There were 3 other people behind the counter, including an older teen, who was chewing gum like a cow! Front of the house restaurant staff should not chew gum!

Anyway, you asked for the feedback. We will be cautious when picking up our orders in the future. Please...

This Ledo location is not as good as others fir some reason. We had an Italian cheeses pizza. Decent. ..nothing special. Meat lovers calzone...which was half empty. ...waste of time. 2nd to worse calzone I've ever had. Abs agreek stromboli that my girlfriend liked alot but she has low standards....just look at me! I won't be back. ..plus they don't slicer and parking lot is almost non existent.

This is a second review for a return visit. I have another calzone and a stromboli for my girlfriend. Worse calzone ever. Crust was terrible. Tasted like someone dipped store brand white bread into palmolive. Sausage is super cheap and no flavor. Pepperoni were so few i cant comment on them. I added extra cheese which the cheese was god. Sauce was store brand at best. Overall, i ate 1/3 of it, threw the rest into the woods behind our house and ate 4 Tums. I am going to CVS to get something sweet to get this bad taste out of my mouth. Today the Family decided to to try Ledos for the first time and I must say it was a very pleasant experience , since I had some questions I decide to call and Karla took care of my order , it was nice to have someone as patient and cordial as her , specially since I had so many questions but she was able to help and assist rigth away ! The food was great I was able to try the Family deal and it was great :) a lot food !!!! The pizza was delicious and huge , the Garlic cheese bread omg best thing we ever had and since I have a little one Karla was able to accommodate my order so the very spicy souse for our boneless chicken wings was in the side so my little one was able to enjoy as well . I’am glad to know that there is still a places and people willing to go the extra mile for their customers !!! I think we found out new favorite place...
