I purchased $25 worth of pan frances & had to wait about 15 mins for them. When they gave them to me, I literally stepped outside of the door & the whole bag handle ripped & all the bread fell out. I went back inside & told the lady the bag ripped & my bread fell out bc they didn't package it correctly. Idk why they would package all the bread into one bag?! The lady got offended & said it was my fault for not holding the bag correctly so we went back & forth bc this lady was disrespectful from the start & just grouchy for no reason, she's one of those viejas amargadas. She refused to give me the $25 worth of bread I just purchased for free & that was the only place open for Thanksgiving where you could walk in & not have a reservation ticket so I had to purchase it again & this time she gave it to me in 2 separate bags SMH. Never going here again! They need to replace her bc she is bad...

The lady taking my order was really rude she got upset because I was asking questions about substituting avocados for me because I'm a vegetarian in a breakfast order. Then she got upset because I was making a large order and one of the items that one of the people that I was ordering for they didn't have so had to go ask them what they wanted instead. The food here used to be great my husband nice to come all the time we moved out of the area and I had just come back with my mom and brother to get some food and you could definitely see the change in the spinach and cheese empanadas you could tell that the spinach is from a can. As well as the beans that they use for the tamales you can tell that they're not fresh and most likely can. Pupusa are so small, really...

It's disappointing after new owners took over the place Every time I come and get something They make a mistake The pupusas the first time were uncooked And today I came to try it one more time And the cheese of the pupusas was bad For some reason smell it like foot cheese Worse part is I called the store.and told them She said I can bring them back. I had only took one because I thought I was gonna be able to ignore it and just eat it. But then I started to feel sick 🤢 And I told her . And from 4 pupusas. She gave me the money back just for two pupusas When I came back with 3

There's a lot better places around there And I'm sure they doit better now At first This was my favorite place to eat pupusas But now I gotta find a new place Because is nasty how the pupusas smells

Es decepcionante que los nuevos dueños se hicieran cargo del lugar. Cada vez que vengo a comprar algo, cometen un error. La primera vez, las pupusas estaban crudas. Y hoy vine a probarlas una vez más. Y el queso de las pupusas estaba malo. Por alguna razón, olía a queso de pies. Lo peor es que llamé a la tienda y les dije. Me dijeron que podía devolverlas. Solo había cogido una porque pensé que podría ignorarla y simplemente comerla. Pero luego empecé a sentirme mal 🤢. Y se lo dije. Y por 4 pupusas. Me devolvió el dinero solo por dos pupusas. Cuando regresé con 3.

Hay muchos mejores lugares por ahí. Y estoy seguro de que ahora lo hacen mejor. Al principio, este era mi lugar favorito para comer pupusas. Pero ahora tengo que encontrar un nuevo lugar. Porque es asqueroso cómo huelen las pupusas.
