Today my husband and I came into the store because we have a warranty exchange and we are very disappointed with the outcome of our visit today! They only Train sales people how to sell, but never customer service and that is not how a business should run when you're selling mattresses for thousands of dollars. A little over a year ago my husband and I purchased a top-of-the-line mattress and moving foundation. Total was $4200 including the mattress, protector pillows and delivery.. for the past eight months we've been trying to get a mattress inspector to come to see a defective mattress because it's saying 4 1/2 inches clearly that's an issue. It was covered by the warranty but it was hard to have an inspector come out because all of the time they said, there wasn't one near us or didn't coincide with our schedule. My husband and I both have full-time jobs. Nobody is home during the day when they give you a seven hour window, which is unfair in my opinion and they tell you the night before hey tomorrow can you be at home all day even though it's a workday know I'm sorry I can't do that on short notice so I had to argue with the inspector for months, and finally called and complain about it to corporate, and then wait another few months for them to finally sent an inspector who in fact, said yes, there was a problem . Well, we finally received our warranty adjustment approval thank goodness and we came in to have the mattress exchanged and then the gentleman who was on the sales floor was helping someone else, but there was a problem with their credit line. I guess we waited for hours and since we have a four-year-old son we decided to have dinner and then come back and then for another hour and a half waited for him to try to do the paperwork correctly and was unsuccessful. It will be able to come back another day and speak with the manager so after taking off work early to come to the physical location wheaton to get our new mattress we are going home empty-handed and to add insult to injury the gentleman side since we did choose a mattress that was $2199 that he would give us the Tempur-pedic pillows that came with our Tempur-pedic mattress and guess what when we were leaving he said I'm sorry I can't give them to you because it's a warranty exchange . What does that have to do with anything they're giving us credit because they sold us a defective matress? every time you buy a bed they should come with a adequate supplies. Usually they always give you either De Liz or some sort of protective casing for your bed. Nope we left with no bad no pillows and no Customer Service. I would not recommend spending your money here by the way, we paid all of our money upfront we never got a credit line that $4200 was paid the day that we bought our first mattress a...

The salesperson explained all the mattress options and we picked the Charleston Queen mattress. We paid $583 for a new queen bed. A LOT of money! The manager sat behind his desk, mostly uninterested. My mom explained how our family had bought all our beds here over the years (more than 5 to date) and even one for my brother in NC from Mattress Warehouse because of the service we received from this store. Two salespeople brought the new mattress out to the truck and secured it in. The box spring was pushed down hard into the truck bed, then the top of the bed was laid down. My mom and I arrived at my new place, five minutes away from the the store, and unloaded the box spring. It had been pushed in so hard that the side was ripped. The tear was "L" shaped. My mom called the store right away to let them know her disappointment and to see what we could do. The manager stated, "There is nothing we can do. Once you leave the store it's yours." His two men had just shoved in the bed so hard it had ripped and he wanted nothing to do with any of it. My mom was devastated. All that money and no help from the manager after years of being a loyal customer. Very disappointing. She had to ask him for the customer service number. The customer service department has not returned her calls - she called that same evening and has called three times since then. One woman she finally got through too was empathic, understanding and promised to work with her. However, she needed to talk with her manager who she promised would call my mom - no call back to date - 10 days later. My mom will keep trying. Mattress Warehouse lost this family's...
Read morePeople who runs and works at this place lack professionalism and respect towards others. After I told the old guy Lee that I planned to shop around before placing an order. He was mad and told his manager Issac "she still wants to shop around after I offered her $289 on Savoy Danbury". The manager thought I must need financial aids so he said that he could offer me 0 interests. Issac, if you are reading this, I want to remind you don't judge a book by its cover and just because our budget is within 300, it doesn't mean we have to be in debt to sleep on a mattress. As a matter of fact, we never buy things that we cannot afford and we can pay cash if we want. Anyway, I was being polite to them and thanked them before I left. But being treated with disrespect and unprofessionalism made me never want to go back! Both my husband and I have two master's degree and we were shocked by how rude the people were at this place! Wish you guys luck! Unless you fix your attitude and manners, you won't sell much and Lee, you may be get mad all the time! You have to learn to build relationship with people you talk to and be sincere with them first. I am so sad to see people of your age hasn't learned about it yet. That's just really sad! Issac, I learned from other people's review that you always stay behind your table. Your people could not do well if you just sit there and don't support them until the last minute. Move your...
