Lil Niro's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Maryland

DO NOT EAT HERE! I've been going to Deniro's for years with no complaints. Used to be the best place in town. Not any more. Tonight I sat and watched the girl eat cup cakes in the kitchen and suck the chocolate off her fingers while standing over the food! She then proceeded to bag my fries. When I told her I didn't want them because she was eating and sucking her fingers and shouldn't be handling the food she got pissed. She went on to talk about how she didn't touch the fries just the bag and I told her either way it's nasty and she should never eat in the kitchen definitely not suck her fingers and handle anything! long story short. She asked her manager if she could give me my money back. Mind you I didn't ask for a refund. She slammed my money on the counter and told me to get out and never come back. I called her ever nasty B in the book. Never in my life have I had such an experience. I told her that I would give them a bad rating. She didn't care said I was just 1 person. I hope that this 1 person can reach many. Do not eat there. Not clean or professional. Not to mention my cup had a long piece of hair wrapped around it! Totally disgusting. I'll never go back!! This is the second incident the first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt when my sandwich had hard plastic chopped up in it. Ironically they knew what color it was (white)and made me a new sandwich. Did I say not clean. And to kick a customer out and disrespect a customer for your nasty habits totally unacceptable. The manager was there and watched the whole thing....

If I could give it minus 5 stars I would. We ordered from there last night since the menu was in our mail and decided to try it. NEVER AGAIN. First, they tell me combos are over for subs after 4:00. WHY????? So we had to order a separate fry and drink. I NEVER heard this before. Then I also ordered butterfly shrimp, and that came as the combo. I had the choice of two sides. I didn't really need two sides, but ok. I ordered fries and mozzarella sticks. The lady told me I can't order mozzarella sticks even though that's an option for sides. So she tells me all the options I can pick from. Then we ask for delivery, and they tell us that we were out of their delivery range. We googled it, and we are only seven minutes down the street. We just let it go and went to pick it up. We get there and they ask for a name. The lady never asked my name when I called. Then they ask what did we order, we told them, and they look like we speaking a foreign language. They finally get it together and find our food. The shrimp didn't have any flavor, the sub my boyfriend ordered was not even worth it, and the fries were dry. To make it worse, I got sick from eating there. I do not recommend this...

I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve had partial issues here and there yet nothing to write about until now….

My fiancée orders the same regular degular cheese fish sandwich she gets everytime

Lettuce, Cheese & Mayo…. That’s it

but this time the lettuce is clearly bad. Okay that’s an easy fix right?! WRONG

She ask for a remake or a refund (standard practice coming from a FORMER manager in the FOOD industry) The cashier says there’s nothing we can do until our manager comes back at 3

Okay … seems a bit unprofessional buts let’s play the long game

Fiancée decides to come to the store and show evidence of the poor food quality to which the employee tells HER .. that it’s not bad lettuce and she can eat that

??????????????????????????? She responds by expressing how unprofessional this is thru raising her voice (like a human would) to being clearly antagonized and they tell her to leave

I call to try to be a mediator/voice of reconciliation (never raising my voice, cursing, etc…) and they hung up on me!

I can’t tell you how to spend your money but remember this it was me today It could be you...
