I've been meaning to call corporate about this one. Thanks for reminding me Google. I visited this store Thursday at about 11am. I told the cashier that I wanted something different. I asked for a Sausage Mcmuffin with Egg on a biscuit (Instead of the muffin). She responded, so you want the sausage and egg biscuit? I said yes. I guess I did not catch that she did not understand what I was requesting. My order came as a sausage biscuit with a flat scrambled egg, the way a sausage biscuit comes (instead of the circular egg that comes on the Mcmuffin). I checked the order before I left the store and when I saw that it was wrong, I took it back. The cashier snorted that I did not order it correctly. She said "you gotta tell me you want the round egg". Then she took my order to the back. I could clearly hear her complaining to her coworkers that I did not tell her that I wanted the circular egg. After the correction, I got my order and left. It wasn't that the order was wrong, it was disposition with which she handled my order - bad grammar and all. Read moreI had such a lovely experience at this McDonald’s! I ordered my go-to Oreo McFlurry & explained how I like my extra Oreo layered (bottom & top, sometimes the middle too). McCury greeted me with the warmest, most genuine smile. She was quick, efficient, & gladly applied my code without hesitation 😌 what truly stood out was how she went above and beyond - after my order, she personally checked at the second window to make sure my McFlurry was made just the way I requested. That small but thoughtful gesture meant a lot - it’s rare to find someone who cares enough to double-check special requests, & it really shows her stellar work ethic & kindness! Read moreI'm absolutely livid about my recent experience at McDonald's! The service was appalling. I asked for three buffalo and ranch sauces, but the staff refused, citing some arbitrary limit. I then used the mobile kiosk to order additional sauces, which were supposed to be free. However, when I went to collect them, I was told I needed to pay for them, despite the app not charging me.
The staff were completely unhelpful and dismissive, with no manager or owner present to address my concerns. It's clear that they don't value their customers or care about providing decent service. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience. WHEN DUM PEOPLE START WORKING UNDER DUM MANAGER !
