PG County must do better!! It is the summer time 😎 and in the summer we want ice cream, ice cold drinks and good food. I had been in the salon working all day so I said let me go to McDonald's and get an ice cream cone🍦. Me and my son pull up he wants a McFlurry they are advertising a new sweet and salty one. Immediately I am met with no greeting and I am told our ice cream machine broken. 😡 I am so irritated 😤 so I ordered Michelle quarter pounder meal, some nuggets and an pie. I look on the glass to see if there is a number to call the General Manager 🤔 of course not.😏. Hear me out guys. The McDonald's that is literally down the street from this one is being demolished and they are going to rebuild. The McDonald's is the better than this one. However, this is the best opportunity to show that they are the best and the Failed epically. At A time where their competition is down they should have made every effort to reel in customers. Anyway, I get home guess what? There is no bacon on the sandwich and no pie in the bag!!! Don't go here it's a disappointment. I went to Checkers one stop light away and was Amazed 👏 go to see my review over there. So I didn't get a greeting, the ice cream machine is broken, you don't give me my pie and you forget the Bacon!! Smh

I stopped past this location because the one that I was going to go to they demolished.

When I pulled up there was only 2 cars ahead of me in one of the lines. It took so long just for those 2 cars in front of me to order food. I want to say it took at least about 10 minutes. And there was no cars in front of them to go to the 1st window. A manager and what another employee were talking.

But as soon as I placed my order I had a very long wait from the time I ordered to the very 1st window where I paid.

Talkng to myself I thought that maybe they had to drop some fries or they have to make some more of something. So I'm expecting my food to be hot. When I finally receive my food, It was cold.. Too tired and irritated to even try to return them and then. I'd left. But I will never come to this location again.

I'm not sure what the hold up was just to pay and receive food you food. Because it wasn't for the food. I know if my food was cold, then everybody...

Went there today and be careful as they will try to scam you the guy at the register told me my total was $9.67 this ask if I was paying with card. I this notice they charged me $0.33 extra for round up mc Donald’s donation. The $0.33 isn’t the issue but method behind it was the issue he never asked if I wanted to round up he just did it, if this is done all day long they are robbing people making a killing. They also don’t do refills the soda machines inside are out of service. Not typical from what you expect from a mc Donald’s eating in. The staff also needs some training on customer service when I ask for a refill the manager (Spanish lady)just look at me like I don’t do refills then kind of stared at me this was a little wired. A better response would had been I apologize but we don’t do refills at this location I can ring you up for an additional lemonade if you would like to purchase one. Give your customers options, just check receipt...
