WARNING: If you are any race other than Caucasian, please avoid this place at all costs! I’ve given this place not one, not two, but THREE chances, and every time I came back the experience only got worse. This is a restaurant full of racists. From the employees to the managers. I have literally never seen anything like it before. It was honestly disgusting, I mean completely deplorable. This is the last time I will ever step foot here again and I encourage all who are against racism to avoid this place as well. The last time I went there (today), I was the only one in line and I literally stood there for 15 minutes, in front of the counter. There were about 5 employees behind that counter and not one acknowledged my existence. Not one looked my way. They all pretended like they didn’t see a person standing at the counter. They wouldn’t even allow their heads to move towards my direction. It was so obviously and completely horrific. They would even come towards the counter, and look the other way, as if to taunt me. Then comes the manager, who proceeded to do the same thing. All I wanted to do was to pick up an order. Give them MY MONEY and pick up an order. Yet not one person would look my way. I would hear about racisim, watch things about it, but never have I ever experienced cold hearted racism like this before. This restaurant proved to me first hand, that racism still exists. I will now make it a point to spread this experience around, to make sure no body that I know or that I come across, ever enters that racist establishment. No one deserves to be treated invisible because of the color of their skin. I can only pray that these people will seek the mental help that they so desperately need. I honestly feel...
Read moreSadly to say SMH, today must've been a bad day for them!! I hate to be the one to put it out there. I also looked for NY pizza since moving here from the Tristate area, they had it! But today was real bad, been going here with my daughter's for a year now or so, we felt like having a pizza pie today for dinner. I was very disappointed to find hair 😒 yes in our pizza's and my daughter was also saddened. Because it took us a while to find near NY pizza. So we did what normal people do and called to resolve the issue at hand. However, Pete the manager was not so nice or professional. He tried to tell me that he would credit me next time, all kinds of excuses, then he tried to say I put the hair in pizza. I was like wait one minute the audacity to accuse me like why would I-me & my daughter's been going there and loved their pizza. I don't need to lie all I wanted was 2 new pizza's remade, hold the hair. Seriously instead went back showed him the hair, evidence and he just gave me my money back. That's not what we wanted, but it showed me a lot that customer service is just out the door. So I say sorry to those who wrote great reviews. But I gotta tell the truth, beware of hair in your pizza. They lost some good customer's, we were going to bring more. But it's their loss, since he dealt with me in the wrong manner, definitely never going back or...
Read moreThis is just one of those cornerstone, local, family-owned restaurants that always makes me feel at home. Very cozy, great little place to hang out with friends and enjoy good food, or go on a less formal date, but still retain a romantic ambiance - especially in the evening. In the back of the restaurant, you can still find original 80s arcade games. This place is kind of like a time capsule, since this place has probably been around since then. They seem to get a lot of regulars there.. That's how you know you're in a good restaurant - when people return so often that they know them all by name. You will find all kinds of Greek and Italian specialties. The pizza is delicious, and is served on a chrome, elevated pedestal. Sometimes they have unique Greek desserts, which are a special of the day. The staff is always friendly, and they will take good care of you. Family charm is what makes this restaurant what it is. The dough for the pizzas is freshly made, and you can see them tossing and stretching the dough as it's being prepared. So, the next time you're out on a cold winter's night, stop into Napoli's and get comfy, cozy and warm with a hot meal, served...
