The atmosphere was nice, clean, friendly and calming. If I had time I would have stayed to eat but I took my food to-go. The service was nice and friendly. This was my first visit and the person (lady) who assisted with my order was nice, attentive and very helpful in my ordering selection, which is why I'm going back. The most important was the food. I ordered a small cheese pizza with extra cheese (thinking to be on the safe side due to health issues), while my husband ordered the spinach & cheese calzone and a Greek pita gyros. Well, I didn't need the extra cheese, the cheese was fresh and the pizza was delicious. You can definitely taste the difference. The dough was hand made and pizza wasn't oily nor was it dry or over sauce. It was just scrumptious. Not to be funny but after a slice of my pizza, I took a nice piece of my husband spinach & cheese calzone and all I can say is 🤤🤤🤤. I was stuck in a trans. I know I should have ordered my own but OMG, it had my eyes watery with goodness 🥹🥹. I can't believe I've been in Waldorf for over 7 years and never dropped by. That's okay I know where I'm going on date night just to get the indoor experience.

Overall: Place seems okay if you're going for an old school Italian dining experience, but i'll not be going back. The pizza was decent, but I wouldn't put it in either the pro or con category. Pro's: 1. Prices for food entrees including pizza were reasonable. 2. They had toppings that are harder to find, particularly my favorite, broccoli. 3. With little prodding the manager subtracted the price of one of our meals from the bill. 4. The server we had was very attentive and accommodating when we had issues. Con's: 1. The pasta Alfredo we ordered with meat sauce was, to be frank, inedible. My wife took 3 bites, trying her best to use seasoning to save it. 2. The bathroom was not what you would expect in a restaurant. Cleanliness was missing from both men's and women's bathrooms. 3. Soda is pay by the cup, no free refills. This may seem silly, but at 2.50 a cup and a decent amount of ice, it seems excessive.

My husband and I have lived in Maryland for 5 years now and we've been looking for a pizza similar to what we were used to at the pizza place in California where we met 38 years ago. All of the previous places we've tried have been flat, greasy, with very little meat and yucky cheese... But this place was phenomenal!!!!! The crust is baked on an oven as opposed to in a pan, You could see and identify the pieces of meat for what they were. It was cooked perfectly and it was delicious! I had chicken piccata which comes with a side of pasta and a very big baguette that you can dip in the sauce. It was delicious! Our waiter, Raphael was excellent - word of warning be sure you bring your ID because I am 67 and I got carded. Everyone there was just delightful. I will go back and I will tell all of my friends to go there as well.

WARNING: If you are any race other than Caucasian, please avoid this place at all costs! I’ve given this place not one, not two, but THREE chances, and every time I came back the experience only got worse. This is a restaurant full of racists. From the employees to the managers. I have literally never seen anything like it before. It was honestly disgusting, I mean completely deplorable. This is the last time I will ever step foot here again and I encourage all who are against racism to avoid this place as well. The last time I went there (today), I was the only one in line and I literally stood there for 15 minutes, in front of the counter. There were about 5 employees behind that counter and not one acknowledged my existence. Not one looked my way. They all pretended like they didn’t see a person standing at the counter. They wouldn’t even allow their heads to move towards my direction. It was so obviously and completely horrific. They would even come towards the counter, and look the other way, as if to taunt me. Then comes the manager, who proceeded to do the same thing. All I wanted to do was to pick up an order. Give them MY MONEY and pick up an order. Yet not one person would look my way. I would hear about racisim, watch things about it, but never have I ever experienced cold hearted racism like this before. This restaurant proved to me first hand, that racism still exists. I will now make it a point to spread this experience around, to make sure no body that I know or that I come across, ever enters that racist establishment. No one deserves to be treated invisible because of the color of their skin. I can only pray that these people will seek the mental help that they so desperately need. I honestly feel...

Sadly to say SMH, today must've been a bad day for them!! I hate to be the one to put it out there. I also looked for NY pizza since moving here from the Tristate area, they had it! But today was real bad, been going here with my daughter's for a year now or so, we felt like having a pizza pie today for dinner. I was very disappointed to find hair 😒 yes in our pizza's and my daughter was also saddened. Because it took us a while to find near NY pizza. So we did what normal people do and called to resolve the issue at hand. However, Pete the manager was not so nice or professional. He tried to tell me that he would credit me next time, all kinds of excuses, then he tried to say I put the hair in pizza. I was like wait one minute the audacity to accuse me like why would I-me & my daughter's been going there and loved their pizza. I don't need to lie all I wanted was 2 new pizza's remade, hold the hair. Seriously instead went back showed him the hair, evidence and he just gave me my money back. That's not what we wanted, but it showed me a lot that customer service is just out the door. So I say sorry to those who wrote great reviews. But I gotta tell the truth, beware of hair in your pizza. They lost some good customer's, we were going to bring more. But it's their loss, since he dealt with me in the wrong manner, definitely never going back or...

This is just one of those cornerstone, local, family-owned restaurants that always makes me feel at home. Very cozy, great little place to hang out with friends and enjoy good food, or go on a less formal date, but still retain a romantic ambiance - especially in the evening. In the back of the restaurant, you can still find original 80s arcade games. This place is kind of like a time capsule, since this place has probably been around since then. They seem to get a lot of regulars there.. That's how you know you're in a good restaurant - when people return so often that they know them all by name. You will find all kinds of Greek and Italian specialties. The pizza is delicious, and is served on a chrome, elevated pedestal. Sometimes they have unique Greek desserts, which are a special of the day. The staff is always friendly, and they will take good care of you. Family charm is what makes this restaurant what it is. The dough for the pizzas is freshly made, and you can see them tossing and stretching the dough as it's being prepared. So, the next time you're out on a cold winter's night, stop into Napoli's and get comfy, cozy and warm with a hot meal, served...
