My wife's job regularly orders the party size pizzas from here, but she never knew where it was. We were driving down Ingleside and saw it. It's actually attached to the small Mosque on Ingleside. You can tell it was built to look nice. When you walk in, the counter where you order is across the restaurant from the entrance. On either side of the entrance you have two tables with due chairs each plus booths along the wall and front windows and two big round both in the corners. When you order at the counter, they give you good to full at the fountain station and a number for your table. We ordered tortellini Alfredo, which came with a Ceaser salad and the garlic knots. We also ordered a 16 inch round pizza. The food was inconsistent. The tortellini tasted very good, but the Alfredo sauce was inconsistent, some parts were very thick and other parts almost watery. Overall it tasted good, but the inconsistent bites certainly hurt it. The salad was very good, although very light on dressing, which i did like. The croutons seemed to be made in store as well. The garlic knots were okay since they were thrown in, but they were only lukewarm at best. I certainly would have been upset has I paid for them, but as a thrown in, as was the salad with the pasta, it was great! The pizza had great a very good tasting sauce and cheese, very saucy, which is how I like my pizza. The crust, on the other hand, needs work. It was overcooked and kind of hard. In fact, they seemed to have trouble cutting it, as it was extremely poorly cut. Overall I was happy with the food, I just wish the consistency was better. It was my only time there so far, so hopefully next time it'll be better constituency. My wife did note that she thinks the pizza that is delivered to her job is typically much better. So she's thinks this may have just...
Read moreNormally, I never have a problem with Pats, but tonight, something went wrong. I ordered delivery around 8:50pm/8:55pm. After it took the girl what seemed like 2 minutes trying to understand my address...when I asked for the specials, she put me on with someone else out of the blue...didn't warn me.
So after I ordered my food, I was told it would take 45 minutes...cool. The time gets later and later, and I used to work at Pizza Hut, so I understand sometimes delivery takes longer, so I didn't worry that much. But when it turned 10:10 and I still hadnt gotten my food, I had to call. Unfortunately for me, they were closed and didnt answer.
Needless to say, they never showed up. I knew something was strange when 1; the girl on the phone didn't ask for my name or number, and if she had caller ID and used that to plug it in the system, my address would have popped up since I order there all the time (all she would have had to do was verify it)
2; When they didn't answer my phone call. When I worked at Pizza Hut, we HAD to answer the phone after we closed, especially if drivers were still out. It could be customers calling for an update, or to let us know they don't want the food anymore...anything! And if someone wanted to simply order food, we would apologize and say we were closed. Pats didn't even answer the phone, which I found strange seeing as I thought my food was still out.
So all in all, waited for nothing and no food. Thank God for once, I paid in cash, because if it was card...I would have been pissed. And the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because this is the first time this happened. However, not sure if I'll be ordering from them again in a...

Over the past six we've ordered from Pat's more than 25 times. At first things were going really well, most of the food is really good, and they have a great online ordering system.
However, the past SIX times we've ordered food, something has been wrong with the order. Sometimes it's small, like putting raw onions on the salad when we've specifically deselected them, forgetting the sour cream with an order of potato skins, putting the wrong dressing on a salad, or forgetting to include the garlic knots with an order of pasta. (All of these things have happened)
Sometimes it's bad. Tonight we ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries, a large chicken caesar salad, and an order of mozzarella sticks. When the order arrived, there were no fries, the burger was burned to a crisp, it was missing the cheese, and had only two tiny pieces of bacon. The chicken on the salad was scorched in the same way the burger was, it literally tasted like they burned the burger than cooked the chicken on top of the burned burger bits.
Now, in their defense, every time I call and complain, they fix the issue without complaint, but it's getting old. Honestly, a lot of the food is really, really good, especially some of the pastas and wraps, and like I said earlier, the online ordering system is really great. They probably deserve three stars, but it was been a long string of delivery mistakes, and we're pretty...
