Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Maryland

I order some wings and some pasta, it took 1 hr for my order to get to me. When I started eating my pasta, it tasted horrible, I had to spit it out. So I call back to ask for a refund or compensation, cause I was still hungry. They said I can order something else and they would bring it out to us, so about a half hour go by and the driver ask for the bad food, like I was lying , so I gladly comply. What do I need some bad food in my trash can for a week until trash man comes. Then he give us our sub and tell us not to call any more, they not delivering to our house again. I told him I would discuss that with the manager and he told me he the owner.

So, I am being deprived of delivery from a pizza place because they sold me some bad food!

Where they do that at?

They are lucky I even had faith enough to ask for anything else after selling me sour food. I get it, something went bad and someone didn't catch it. Oh well! Stuff happens. But to refuse me business now....

That is crazy and...

As a business owner myself, customer feedback should be welcomed and acted upon. It is very unfortunate that I have to leave this review but one must speak up. The lack of communication available with this business for any sort of update to an order or if the order needs to be fixed, is very upsetting. My family will always give a business multiple chances to fix issues but enough is enough. As a customer/consumer, we have all the rights to go elsewhere where our dollar goes further..and moving forward we will do just that. With the current economic situation in this country, we cannot be treated as our dollar doesn’t mean anything. If an order is incorrect please understand that when a customer gives you that feedback, please acknowledge it and try to rectify the issue not just give an attitude or make the customer feel they are wrong when THEY ARE SPENDING THEIR MONEY IN...

I love the wings here! I always have a tough time finding keto friendly foods and stumbled on this gem. I usually get naked wings with bleu cheese and their hot buffalo sauce on the side. Whats great is that the chicken is hot and the wings are super crispy. I noticed that even when I got home that the wings were still hot. Out of experience, I usually open the bag to let the steam out so that the wings do not get soggy. I've tried it both ways and they're always good either way. Been here several times this year and will be coming back for more! The staff is really friendly and service is great....
