Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Maryland

We had a disgusting experience with a delivery driver from pizza bolis. So I live at an apartment complex where the apartments are inside of a building that is only accessible by a key card or someone letting you in the building via phone call. When the delivery driver arrived he called my phone and I pressed the code to give him access to the building. About 20-30 seconds ( 20 - 30 SECONDS!!!!) go by and I’m looking out of my peep hole and I notice he’s still not at my door, that’s when I decide to go see if he had got in. When I got to the door he was visibly very angry and frustrated and he had an attitude stating that he had tried to open the door but it didn’t open in a very rude tone to which I responded that well I tried to open the door on my phone by pressing the code and that I don’t control the door which is why as soon as I noticed I came down stairs. It wasn’t like he was down there for 10 minutes he was down there for 20-30 SECONDS MAX! He continued to be rude anyway and once he left my fiancé and I witnessed him throw trash on the property ( I’m confused about that because it’s an apartment so that doesn’t really affect us lol) the rudeness was completely unnecessary and they will no longer be getting our service. Someone who gets that angry over a 20 - 30 second wait should NOT be working around people’s food. Also the food...

The absolute worst place ever I order from hear I order 2 pizzas a sub and garlic chessey bread oinen rings and jalponeo popers the o rings were only like five in them the popers were burened and the garlic bread was more like a grilled cheese with a hit of garlic paind almost 50$ and the delivery guy took over a hr I called and was told he had already left and should be there soon got hear pizza wasn't cut and cold so after that I said OK whatever and just heated it up we ate the next day my whole family was sick as dogs so I called to speek to a manager and gave them my information was told they would give it to the owner waited two days and nothing called back and asked what was going on was told he was not in and they didn't know when he would be back so I waited two more days and went in to talk to someone was told the owner was out of the country and they didn't know when he would be back agine they took my info and said they will have him call me when he can or gets back in the meantime they will give me a free pizza so I can get sick again I will never eat hear again did I mention when I went in that it is very dirty inside u can see dirty pots and pans on the floor next to...

Don’t eat from this location!!!! We ordered subs last night on DoorDash for pickup and we opened our subs to check for the missing items that we ordered on them and we found this screw in one of the subs. It was actually going to be for our kids to share. God is Good because if we would have not been checking our food they could have bit into this sub and hurt themselves. The manager sucks!!! We went back to the location and we were told to contact DoorDash with our complaint. It’s so sad because DoorDash didn’t prepare our food pizza boils did. They need to watch what they are making and giving to consumers. SMH we are never eating from here again! Go to Pizza Ravens for way better food and they actually care about the food they give you! Food is excellent and customer service is on a 1000 at Pizza Ravens. The manager at Pizza boils needs to take some classes on customer service and how to defuse a situation like this without acting like he don’t care about the carelessness of the employees making food.
