Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Maryland

Let me first say, thank you to Gail Rasheed and Lucas at the Merritt location. I appreciate all of your help. They were AWESOME!!!!

Now , on to the problem , I place an order through pizza hut app was charged for this order, waiting 1.5 hours and never received my order. When I called I was told the order was not in the system. So I placed a second order through the on call service, was charged, waiting an hour and nothing. I'm calling the bank to have pizza hut blocked. I drove to the store to show the manager that I was charged both times. I called the call center while in the store and the manager was just as confused as I was. I was told they cant track my order. Why not!? If you can take my order, get my information and charge me, you should be able to track the order. I spent over an hour on the phone being transferred from person to person because no one knew what to do! This is ridiculous!

Pizza Hut has gone down hill. I ordered through the app, it was supposed to be done in at 6:15 but it was more like 6:50, I can see a few minutes extra but not 40. Good thing I picked it up and didn't wait for delivery, who knows how long that would have taken. The pizza and bread sticks were pretty bad, I've had just as good or better from 7-11. This place is terrible save yourself the aggravation and order elsewhere. Dundalk, MD location. 11/1/23, gave them another shot and once again it wasn't great. There wasn't a time this time but the pizza just isn't good, I don't know what happened but it's different. They did come up with that $7 deal so at least they are selling pizzas closer to what they are worth. Pizza joints are an extremely competitive market where I live and I don't think they will survive at this point because you can definitely get far better pizza at the same...

Ordered a hand tossed large cheese pizza and an order of honey bbq wings . The pizza crust wasn’t cooked all the way . It was soft and chewy . The bottom of the pizza was still a dough color with NO brown marks from the oven . My wife ate half a slice and threw the rest of the slice away . I tried it and had to agree . Crust couldn’t have been cooked all the way through . My wings were supposed to be honey bbq and we’re mild buffalo by the tag on the top of the lid . I tried to call the store TWICE and let the phone ring each time for 20-30 rings . No answer either time . Getting frustrated threw everything in the trash . What a waste of $29.00 . This isn’t the Pizza Hut I remember . 7-11 pizza is better than this...
