The quality of the food has consistently deteriorated. It is the third time I order from here either for pick up or delivery and the chicken has been dried and reheated. That is terrible for a place that specializes in Peruvian chicken. It seems like something has changed in the past six months or so. Even though the staff at the front are nice, getting home craving the delicious chicken they used to have and getting super dry, chewy, reheated chicken defeats everything. I drive about 25 minutes to get there because it is the closest location to me (yes, that’s how good it used to be! I didn’t mind the drive because I knew I was going to be satisfied with my food at the end) but I am not doing it anymore. I don't understand the hate for the bad service. I was stopping by this place as a pit stop. Craved some Peruvian food and tried this for the first time. Customer was great. Quick and easy.

The real tragedy here is them calling it Peruvian chicken. Chicken with barely any seasonings. Sauces tastes like buttermilk ranch. Spicy not being spicy. This is some adultered American version. I'd rather go to Don Pollo, El Pollo Rico, King Pollo, or anywhere else owned by a Peruvian dad.

VERDE Sauce is supposed to be just blended Jalapenos. Nothing else. Why is it so ranchy?! Where's the Cumin in my chicken! Where's the Amarillo in the Amarillo sauce! Where's the deep fried pescado? Where's chaufa? I got served bland chinese...

The service here is atrocious! We placed an order for a large group and was told the food would be ready in 40 minutes We had to sit and wait for an additional 30 minutes in the store while they “prepared our chicken” the chicken was not put on the grill until 20 minutes later There were at least 15 people served and helped before they even started On top of this, the cashier lied and told us the yucca given to us was a “large” size when clearly the containers behind the counter only come in TWO sizes.
