This location is always overrun on Saturday morning. The staff is simply overwhelmed between the drive thru and in store customers. The managers need to schedule more help for them. We used to come every Saturday but won't be any more. We used to bring donuts, order drinks, and then enjoy both together with the kids. Now, by the time the kids are done eating and the table is cleaned and the kids are washed off, we still don't have our drinks. And that is even if we "beat the rush". It could be that people are ordering ahead of their arrival, but it seems they dont make drinks in the order they were ordered either. Our 4 drinks are ordered all at once. The kids just gets cups of water. So for instance, today, after about 15 minutes (not an exaggeration, I was watching the time because we had somewhere to be) we got one cup of water. A few other people got their drinks, then my husband's tea came out, I walked it back to the table, and a few other people got drinks, then my drink came, and I went back to the table and got the kids gathered, and we were walking out door (I just figured they had just forgotten the other water and it wasnt worth battling the crowd) but just as we were leaving, they put the 2nd cup of water out and called our name. To top it off, both our drinks this time were pretty terrible. They weren't made correctly or something was left out. I went back inside and told them, and they did remake it for me, which was nice but I felt bad about it because they were so clearly overwhelmed. I dont think the staff is incompetent, just way over run. If it was just once it would be fine, but this is the 3rd time it has been like this, and 2nd time I needed a drink remade. Just avoid this location at least...
Read moreJust yhis morning (like 10 minutes ago) ordered a grande java chip frapp and a breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was ready as I pulled up, change was given in a timely manner. I had to wait on the drink and extra few minutes (drinks are never ready in a timely manner) but that is not the issue. The location has been going down in service in my opinion, one time I got two drinks in one (my java chip one time had caramel in it) I also asked (not for extra whipped cream) but for it to pop out if the hole in the lid cause the whipped cream for some reason is so delicious but then I got it and there was hardly any whipped cream and was charged for extra. But this time my java chip tastes like ground up ice and just the milk, no coffee or any of the other ingredients. Like I choose thus location because it is close to my work, I guess I will have to start going somewhere else for a little while and try again in a few months buy that would be my last time as I am a strike three your out kinda person. Hopefully things get better Be auto used to love coming here....

Sometimes they're perfect, but other days they don't follow proper beverage sequencing, don't follow drink recipes, and just don't seem to know what they're doing. I'm a former shift supervisor, so I have a pretty good understanding of what success looks like at Starbucks. Today, I ordered ahead, but had to prompt them to make mine (it was a very simple drink and only had two modifications). After they made my drink, I tasted it, and they forgot the coffee. This is the second time this has happened with this exact drink, so I requested a refund instead of having them remake it. This blonde barista with arm tattoos ended up charging my Starbucks account a second time instead of refunding my account. I now have to take more time out of my day to go back to this location and request a refund a second time. There's not really an excuse for making errors on the basic functions of your job like this, even if the location is busy. I was a regular at this location, but I just can't keep coming...
