2023 and I'm back again. Wonderful meal with John as my favorite server! Always on point, smiling, welcoming, ensuring I got everything I needed. GREAT DAY!

Back again. BAJA Steak Omlet was great. But again as I'm chewing on my bagel, here comes the check, with "Need a box for that". My mouth full of food I reply "I'm still eating"

The family near me is complaining about the same thing as the woman is still working on her large bowl of salad.

Some things never get better.

Usually a great breakfast place, but not today. They weren't closing for another two hours but you'd have thought it was in two minutes. Not even crowded, but they closed off half the resturant at 1:15pm.

There was a new person in training and she was a gem. The person training her should get out of the business. The trainee took my order, she had it right. The trainer came back over to ask if I really wanted X, I said no, she again asked you didn't want X? Still no.

Want to be a flag to get followup, then this is your place. Want to order something to go, not easily done here. They are too busy talking to each other and ignoring the customers.

The trainer slapped down the receipt, without making eye contact or asking if there was anything else when I was still eating. "When you're ready". Off she went to chat.

I'll be back.....but not anytime soon.

Still the best breakfast/lunch place. Nicely remodeled, casual all day breakfast place. Great bunch place with the girls.

I will not order from here anymore first and last time! Funny thing is all I asked for was a sandwich and orange juice from a fountain and I got a horrible customer service! And get this they got signs out front clear as day in front of the parking spots in front of their establishment stating that they have curbside parking however, the aggressively denounce curbside service stating"we are a small business we can't do that anymore since covid". Fact of the matter is I called in my order as I was in the parking spot label for curbside and the woman on the phone was very very aggressive yet again and fast to take my order and very incomplete with completing my order. For example I asked did you have fountain OJ cuz I didn't want the bottle stuff she said yes they did and I said I'll take a small she said okay..... Fast forward to when I had to call back cuz I hadn't heard from them in about 20 minutes because it was a curbside order that she had confirmed but rest off the phone because she didn't take any information about my vehicle or anything but she was such a hairy I guess to get to the next order..... She brings me out with my sandwich a bottle OJ and said they never had fountain OJ! Point I'm saying is if they're this level of incompetence what else is going on behind the scenes who knows!?! I've already made up my mind I don't want them making anything for me ever again period. Been ordering here the last couple months. Me and my son have been happy with the bagels until today. I simply called to ask if they could remake it nicely. The manager kind of got smart with me when I told her about my bagel and said no one's ever complained of to much cream cheese. It didn't taste right at all. When I came in to get my new bagel I simply told her I brought back the other one so she could see what I was talking about. She then said great all sarcastically. I turned around and she was literally making faces at me like a little child. Really unprofessional when all I wanted was my bagel redone and I literally said nothing rude.
