Starbucks — Restaurant in Maryland

So I’ve had an issue here more than once, one day I came here around 7:10pm to get a refresher. I walked in and noticed the chairs were turned up side down, so I thought to myself maybe because they closed in less than an hour there’s no more dining in. Before I could reach to the cashier the lady said ‘oh we’re close’ so I said to her ‘I thought you guys close at 8 according to Google. Instead of explaining to me that they close at 7 instead and they need to update the time on Google, the girl got so nasty with her tone and her coworker stepped right in to be nasty as well. About a month later I went to the Starbucks again because I googled it and it still says it closes at 8 I knocked on the door to ask the worker why do they close so early if the website says 8 and she instantly got an attitude because I knocked on the door. I told her I was going to report the store and in less than 30 mins she updated the app closing time to 7pm. I don’t get it what’s with...

This Starbucks is next to perfect. The customer service here is always on point, always accurate, always friendly and always kind. The seating areas are very comfortable and the bathrooms always clean.

The only only only issue I have with this place is the parking lot. Sometimes the parking lot is so crowded that I have to leave and frequent the Starbucks a mile up the street. They share parking lot with Trader Joe's, Francesca's, White House Black Market, Pier 1 Imports as well as some other stores.

My favorite Barista/ Baristo is Kevin Dixon. He normally works the morning shift and is usually bright-eyed bushy-tailed and full of excitement... enough to get me excited prior to receiving...

I go to this starbucks location almost everyday and I have never seen a barista as attentive to customers as James. I placed a mobile order for 2 coffees and got there a tad early so I sat at a table while I waited for my coffees to be ready. I just so happened to see a barista named James making my coffees and he was not only efficent and thorough, but he made sure to check the label every so often to make sure he included everything I had asked for. I could tell thst he cared for his customers when i was watching him make these drinks. The coffees came out delicious and perfect and he even greeted me with a smile when I went to the counter when my name was called. Lovely service and...
